Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on saada lis\u00e4tietoa siit\u00e4, mink\u00e4laisia erityispiirteit\u00e4 hajautuneisuus aiheuttaa johtamiselle, sek\u00e4 mink\u00e4laista viestint\u00e4 on liittyen et\u00e4johtamisen eri osa-alueisiin, erityisesti luottamuksen, sitoutumisen ja motivaation synnytt\u00e4miseen ja yll\u00e4pit\u00e4miseen. Tutkimuksen teoreettinen viitekehys rakentuu kolmen osan kautta, joista ensimm\u00e4isess\u00e4 k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n hajautunutta ty\u00f6tapaa ja siihen liittyv\u00e4\u00e4 johtamista, toisessa viestint\u00e4\u00e4 hajautetussa ty\u00f6ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja kolmannessa viestinn\u00e4n roolia et\u00e4johtamisty\u00f6n kulmakiven\u00e4. Tutkimusaineisto on ker\u00e4tty haastattelemalla viitt\u00e4 et\u00e4johtajaa, mutta koska tietoa et\u00e4johtamisesta haluttiin saada laajemmasta n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta, ker\u00e4ttiin aineistoa lis\u00e4ksi my\u00f6s l\u00e4hett\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 kyselylomake 12:lta heid\u00e4n johdettavalleen, ja kartoitettiin heid\u00e4n kokemuksiaan aiheeseen liittyen.\nAineisto on analysoitu teemoittelun ja tyypittelyn avulla. Aineiston analyysiss\u00e4 tutkimusaineisto jaoteltiin viiteen eri teemaan, jotka olivat kokemukset et\u00e4johtamisesta, viestint\u00e4 et\u00e4johtamisty\u00f6ss\u00e4, viestint\u00e4 luottamukseen liittyen, viestin-t\u00e4 sitouttamiseen liittyen, sek\u00e4 viestint\u00e4 motivointiin liittyen. Analyysi\u00e4 jatkettiin tyypittelem\u00e4ll\u00e4 teemoja edelleen, toisin sanoen siis etsim\u00e4ll\u00e4 teemojen sis\u00e4lt\u00e4 niit\u00e4 tyypillisimmin kuvaavia piirteit\u00e4.\nTutkimuksen tulosten perusteella havaittiin, ett\u00e4 et\u00e4johtaminen koetaan Yrityksess\u00e4 haastavana, liittyen esimerkiksi suuriin vastuisiin, ty\u00f6seurannan vaikeuteen sek\u00e4 tapaamisten ja kommunikaation v\u00e4hyyteen. Viestinn\u00e4n osalta todettiin viestinn\u00e4n n\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyv\u00e4n yrityksess\u00e4 yh\u00e4 melko perinteisen\u00e4, ja erojen tiimien v\u00e4lisess\u00e4 viestint\u00e4k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6iss\u00e4 olevan suuria. Luottamuksen, sitoutumisen ja motivaation kannalta t\u00e4rkeimmiksi tekij\u00f6iksi tunnistettiin erilaisuuksien huomioonottaminen viestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4, sek\u00e4 et\u00e4johtajan oman esimerkin merkitys.
