T\u00e4ss\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 tutkittiin mit\u00e4 on negatiivinen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4sitoutuneisuus ja mihin asioihin negatiivisesti sitoutuneet ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ovat tyytym\u00e4tt\u00f6mi\u00e4 antamiensa arviointien perusteella. Tutkimuksen aineisto on ker\u00e4tty glassdoor.com -sivustolta tammikuussa 2018. Aineistona toimivat yhden tietoliikennealan organisaation huonoimman t\u00e4htiluokituksen saaneet arviot. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin verkkoaineistona ja analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en tilastollisia menetelmi\u00e4: ristiintaulukointia, varianssianalyysia sek\u00e4 logistista regressioanalyysia. \n Tutkimuksen tulosten perusteella voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa negatiivinen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4sitoutuneisuus tarkoittaa viestinn\u00e4n n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4n vapaaehtoisesti ja julkisesti verkkoymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 jakamia tyytym\u00e4tt\u00f6myyden kokemuksia organisaatiostaan. Tutkimus osoitti, ett\u00e4 negatiivisesti sitoutuneet ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ovat tyytym\u00e4tt\u00f6mi\u00e4 useampaan osa-alueeseen ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n, heid\u00e4n kokemuksensa organisaatiosta on huono ja ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t eiv\u00e4t ole halukkaita suosittelemaan organisaatiotaan muille. Designed as a quantitative study, the thesis aims to review employees\u2019 negative evaluations of employers from glassdoor.com. The research seeks to define negative employee engagement, and explores the reasons behind employee dissatisfaction based on online evaluations. Study data has been collected from glassdoor.com in January 2018. The lowest star ratings from one target organization have been collected as research data, as well as employee reviews from the previous five years. The data was collected from an online source and analyzed by using three statistical methods: cross table, variance analysis, and logistic regression analysis.\n This study shows that negative employee engagement can be defined as an\nemployee\u2019s voluntary and publicly available dissatisfaction towards their organization. The research shows that negatively engaged employees are dissatisfied with more than one sector in their work, have had poor experiences with the organization, and they are unwilling to recommend the organization to others. The study also shows that such employees share negative comments about salary, management, corporate practices, and administration.\n This study shows that employees\u2019 reviews of employers may reveal negative\nexperiences and employee dissatisfaction in ways that would not be revealed to organizations through other channels. Organizations should be able to see public negative reviews and comments as development goals that can be directly addressed through communication, leadership, and through other concrete actions.
