T\u00e4t\u00e4 teknologian aiheuttamaa stressitasojen nousua kutsutaan teknostressiksi. Organisaatiokulttuurissa teknostressi voidaan kuvata stressi-ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4, joka johtuu teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 organisaation teht\u00e4viin. Teknologian vuoksi stressin kokeminen alkaa olla yleisemp\u00e4\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman aiheena on teknostressin kokeminen IT-organisaatiossa sek\u00e4 IT-kehitt\u00e4jin\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelevien henkil\u00f6iden keinot lievent\u00e4\u00e4 kokemaansa teknostressi\u00e4 ja vaikuttaa siihen. Aluksi tutkielmassa k\u00e4yd\u00e4\u00e4n l\u00e4pi aiempaa tutkimusta ja kirjallisuutta teknostressi-ilmi\u00f6st\u00e4. P\u00e4\u00e4paino on tutkimusosiossa, jossa selvitettiin teemahaastattelututkimuksella IT-kehitt\u00e4jin\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelevien keinoja lievent\u00e4\u00e4 teknostressi\u00e4 ja vaikuttaa siihen. Haastatteluita toteutettiin yhteens\u00e4 11 maaliskuussa 2018. Lopputuloksena saatiin selville keinoja, joilla IT-kehitt\u00e4j\u00e4t lievent\u00e4v\u00e4t kokemaansa teknostressi\u00e4 kolmessa eri vaiheessa, joko ennaltaehk\u00e4isev\u00e4sti, hyv\u00e4ksyen tai toipuen jo muodostuneesta rasitteesta. Tulosten avainsanoiksi muodostuivat ennakointi ja asenne. Monet suhtautuivat teknologian tuomiin haasteisiin hyv\u00e4ksyv\u00e4sti ja ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4en ne. Haastateltavat pyrkiv\u00e4t ty\u00f6p\u00e4ivien sujuvoittamiseen ja ennakoivat tilanteita jo etuk\u00e4teen, esimerkiksi varaamalla aikaa omille t\u00f6illeen kalenterista tai varaamalla ty\u00f6teht\u00e4vi\u00e4, joita voi tehd\u00e4 yhteysongelmista huolimatta. Mielenkiintoinen tulos oli se, etteiv\u00e4t IT-kehityksen parissa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t henkil\u00f6t pelk\u00e4\u00e4 teknologian viev\u00e4n heid\u00e4n ty\u00f6t\u00e4\u00e4n \u2013 p\u00e4invastoin \u2013 he jopa tavoittelevat sit\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkielma t\u00e4ytti tutkimusaukkoa yksil\u00f6iden keinoista lievent\u00e4\u00e4 teknostressi\u00e4. L\u00f6ydetyt tulokset avaavat uusia jatkotutkimusaiheita, kuten lievent\u00e4misen keinojen yksityiskohtaisempi tutkimus, tutkimus toisenlaisessa organisaatioissa tai tarkempi analyysi lievent\u00e4misen keinojen toimivuudesta.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "Continuous appearance of knowledge and technology are causing individuals to be related daily to the different kind of technologies. Often the technology is needed to get the job tasks done. The point when technology becomes more an enemy than a friend is different for all of us. This phenomenon when the stress-level increases because of technology is called a technostress. In the organization environment technostress can be described as a stress-phenomena which is caused by using technology for the job assignments. The stress caused by technology is becoming increasingly common. The topic of this research is the technostress experience in IT-organization environment and the IT -developers\u2019 own ways to mitigate it and have an influence on it. First in this research the previous studies about the technostress and the literature will be analyzed. The focus will be on the empirical research which was done by using theme interview research, total 11 interviews were implemented in March 2018. The objective was to figure out IT -developers\u2019 own ways to mitigate technostress. As a result, there were findings about those ways in three different phases: to prevent, accept, or recover from the strain. The key words for the results were anticipation and attitude. Many of the interviewed people had an approving attitude towards the technology-based challenges. They also attempted to make their working days fluent. For example, they made bookings on their calendars to complete their own work tasks, and when the connection problems were a problem they were able to figure out tasks which could be done without the connection. An interesting finding was the fact that the IT -developers are not frightened of technology taking over their jobs, but vice versa, they even pursue for that. This research was fulfilling the gap of which ways the individuals themselves can mitigate technostress.
