N\u00e4m\u00e4 kolme k\u00e4sitett\u00e4 ovat\ntutkimuksen keskeiset k\u00e4sitteet. Tutkimuksen ensimm\u00e4inen osa suoritettiin\nkyselytutkimuksena s\u00e4hk\u00f6ist\u00e4 Webropol-ohjelmaa hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4. Kyselyyn\nvastasi 52 Alphan maantieteellisesti valikoitua asiakasta. Tutkimuksen\ntavoitteena oli my\u00f6s selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mink\u00e4laisia merkityksi\u00e4 asiakkaat antavat\nkoetulle arvolle ja asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyydelle suhteessa tulevaisuuden\nodotuksiinsa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 on tutkimuksen toinen, kvalitatiivinen, osa. Siin\u00e4\nhaastateltiin kolmea (3) Alphan asiakasta, jotka olivat antaneet aiemmin\nsuoritetussa Webropol-kyselyss\u00e4 kirjallisesti kehitysehdotuksia. Haastattelujen\navulla saatiin syv\u00e4llisemp\u00e4\u00e4 tietoa tutkittavasta aiheesta.\nKyselytutkimusaineisto analysoitiin SPSS-ohjelmalla, jolla keskeisist\u00e4\nk\u00e4sitteist\u00e4 tehtiin aluksi summamuuttujat ja sen j\u00e4lkeen regressioanalyysill\u00e4\ntutkittiin, miten koettu arvo ja asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyys selitt\u00e4v\u00e4t\nasiakasuskollisuutta ja lis\u00e4ksi koetusta arvosta tarkasteltiin my\u00f6s yksitt\u00e4isi\u00e4\nulottuvuuksia summamuuttujina; n\u00e4in saatiin selville, miten koetun arvon eri\nulottuvuudet selitt\u00e4v\u00e4t asiakasuskollisuutta.\nTutkimusmallin olettamuksena oli, ett\u00e4 sek\u00e4 koettu arvo ett\u00e4\nasiakastyytyv\u00e4isyys selitt\u00e4v\u00e4t asiakasuskollisuutta. Tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4\nmolemmat k\u00e4sitteet selitt\u00e4v\u00e4t asiakasuskollisuutta - koettu arvo hieman\nenemm\u00e4n kuin asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyys. N\u00e4in ollen molemmat asetetut hypoteesit\nhyv\u00e4ksyt\u00e4\u00e4n. Mallin selitysaste on my\u00f6s korkea (70%), joten se selitt\u00e4\u00e4 eritt\u00e4in\nhyvin asiakasuskollisuutta. Tilastollisesti merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 vaikutus\nasiakasuskollisuuteen oli koetun arvon ulottuvuuksista kolmella:\nemotionaalisella, funktionaalisella ja sosiaalisella arvolla. Koettuilla uhrauksilla\nei ollut tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 vaikutusta asiakasuskollisuuteen.\nVaikutuksista vahvin oli funktionaalisen arvon suhde uskollisuuteen.\nTutkimuksen tulokset tukevat p\u00e4\u00e4osin aiempaa kirjallisuutta.
