Tekoälyä tullaan hyödyntämään tulevaisuudessa paljon asiakkuudenhallintajärjestelmissä. Tämä tutkielma pyrkii vastaamaan siihen, kuinka tällä hetkellä asiakkuudenhallinnassa hyödynnetään tekoälyä. Sen lisäksi tutkielmassa tutustutaan, minkä tyyppisiä haittoja voi tekoälyn hyödyntämisellä asiakkuudenhallinnassa olla. Tutkielman toteutustapa on tieteellinen kirjallisuuskatsaus. Tulokseksi tutkielmassa saatiin, että tekoälyä voidaan hyödyntää kaikissa asiakkuudenhallinnan liiketoimintaprosesseissa, joita ovat myynti, markkinointi ja asiakaspalvelu. Suurimmat uhat ovat käytetyn tiedon määrässä ja laadussa. In this bachelor’s thesis discover ways Artificial intelligence can be utilized in customer relationship management (CRM). Even tough artificial intelligence is very old concept its technology has improved huge lately. Artificial intelligence will be one of the biggest driver in CRM-systems development in the future. This thesis aims to find out different ways artificial intelligence can be utilized in CRM at the moment. In addition, the thesis explores the types of disadvantages that can be by using artificial intelligence in CRM. The thesis has been carried out as a literature review. As a result, the study found out that artificial intelligence can be utilized in CRM business process that are sales, marketing and service. The biggest threats are in the amount and quality of data what is used.
