Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan, millaisia kokemuksia luokanopettajilla on ryhm\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 toiminnasta ja miten luokanopettajat kuvailevat omaa rooliaan ryhm\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu kahdeksan luokanopettajan teemahaastattelusta ja aineisto on analysoitu laadullisella sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysilla. T\u00e4m\u00e4n laadullisen tutkimuksen l\u00e4hestymistapa on fenomenologis-hermeneuttinen.\nTulosten mukaan luokanopettajat n\u00e4kev\u00e4t ryhm\u00e4ytt\u00e4misen t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4, joka opettajien tulisi huomioida omassa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n. Opettajan rooli opetusryhm\u00e4n ryhm\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4 on merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4, ja ryhm\u00e4ytt\u00e4miseen voidaan k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 monipuolisesti erilaisia kasvatus- ja opetusmenetelmi\u00e4.
