The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to find out how to simulate function of atoms utilizing computers. The prediction of computer modelling on interactions and reactions of the atom and molecule based on the current knowledge is being examined in this thesis. It can be concluded that it is possible to visualize the operation of simulation on the computer screen.
