Uudenlaiset teknologiat mahdollistavat erilaisten maksujen suorittamisen mobiililaitteella helposti, nopeasti ja kustannustehokkaasti. Mobiilimaksuteknologiat voidaan jakaa karkeasti l\u00e4himaksu- ja et\u00e4maksuteknologioihin. Uusimpana innovaationa markkinoille on tullut mobiililompakko, joka mahdollistaa monipuolisesti erilaisten maksutapahtumien suorittamisen samalla j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ll\u00e4. Mobiililompakkoon voidaan my\u00f6s sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4\u00e4 muita henkil\u00f6kohtaisia tietoja, kuten erilaisia tunnuslukuja sek\u00e4 etukortteja. \nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa tarkastellaan erilaisia mobiilimaksuj\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemuksen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Mobiilimaksaminen on ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4 viel\u00e4 melko uusi, joten tehty tutkimus pohjautuu yleistettyihin havaintoihin rajoitetusta, varhaisten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4ryhm\u00e4st\u00e4. Tehdyiss\u00e4 tutkimuksissa keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s paljon tutkimaan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoa ja omaksumista, sill\u00e4 se hyvin ajankohtainen vaihe sovelluspohjaisille mobiilimaksuj\u00e4rjestelmille. Peilataan my\u00f6s yleisesti mobiilimaksusovellusten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemukseen vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 mobiilimaksamisen kontekstiin. \nTutkimukset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 t\u00e4rkeimpin\u00e4 tekij\u00f6in\u00e4 mobiilimaksusovellusten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemuksesta puhuttaessa nousivat helppok\u00e4ytt\u00f6isyys, koettu hy\u00f6dyllisyys sek\u00e4 turvallisuus ja luottamus. Erityisesti turvallisuus korostui, verrattuna muihin mobiilisovelluksiin, sill\u00e4 mobiilimaksuj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4t sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4t paljon henkil\u00f6kohtaista dataa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n. \nT\u00e4m\u00e4 kandidaatin tutkielma on toteutettu kirjallisuuskatsauksena ja se pohjautuu Google Scholarista l\u00f6ytyviin tutkimusartikkeleihin. Hakusanoina on k\u00e4ytetty esimerkiksi mobile payment services, mobile wallet, user experience sek\u00e4 mobile payment adoption. New technologies make it possible to\nmake different payments on a mobile device easily, quickly and cost-effectively.\nMobile payment technologies can be roughly divided into proximity payments\nand remote payments. The latest innovation on the market is mobile wallet,\nwhich allows for a variety of payment transactions with same system. Mobile\nwallet can also include other personal information, such as different key figures\nand front-end cards.\nThis study looks at various mobile payment systems from a user experience\nperspective. Mobile payment is still a quite new phenomenom, so the study is\nbased on a generalized observations of a limited user group of early users. The\nstudies carried out also focus heavily on the deployment and adoption as it is a\nvery timely step for mobile payment systems. They also commonly mirror the\nfactors affecting the user experience of the mobile payment applications in the\nmobile payment context.\nThe research shows that the most important factors conserning the user experience\nof mobile payment applications were ease of use, perceived utility, security\nand trust. Especially security was emphasized, compared to other mobile\napplications, because the mobile payment systems include lots of personal data\nof their users.\nThis bachelor\u2019s thesis was conducted as a literar review based on the research\narticles from the Google Scholar. Key words used have been for example\nmobile payment services, mobile wallet, user experience and mobile payment\nadoption.
