Based on the results, videos as e-learning material supports learning best, and pedagogical guidance skill are expected from the online teachers. Network interaction was considered important. Based on the survey, H5P tools in Moodle can be used to build interactive digital learning materials. Tämä työ pohjautuu kyselytutkimukseen, jonka kohderyhmä oli Väestörekisterikeskuksen yhden koulutettavan sidosryhmän organisaation työntekijät. Kyselyyn vastasi 118 henkilöä. Suurin osa heistä oli yli 46-vuotiaita ja yli kymmenen vuotta työskennelleitä saman työnantajan palveluksessa. Tutkimustulosten perusteella yli puolella vastaajista ei ollut kokemusta opiskelusta verkko-oppimisympäristössä. Tulosten perusteella videot e-oppimateriaalina tukee oppimista parhaiten sekä verkkokouluttajilta odotetaan pedagogista ohjausotetta. Verkkovuorovaikutus koettiin tärkeäksi. Selvityksen perusteella Moodlessa olevilla H5P-työkaluilla voidaan rakentaa interaktiivisia digitaalisia oppimateriaaleja.
