Tutkimuksella selvitettiin, mit\u00e4 olivat henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n kokemukset t\u00e4h\u00e4n menness\u00e4 tehdyst\u00e4 strategiaviestinn\u00e4st\u00e4 ja mit\u00e4 n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ll\u00e4 oli siit\u00e4. Tietoa ker\u00e4ttiin my\u00f6s organisaatiokulttuurista ja sen kehitt\u00e4misest\u00e4. T\u00e4h\u00e4n hy\u00f6dynnettiin sis\u00e4isen kumppanuuden elementtej\u00e4, joita olivat mm. sitoutuminen, luottamus ja kannustavuus.\r\n\r\nTutkimuksen teoriaosuus muodostuu muutoksen, muutoksen johtamisen, muutosviestinn\u00e4n\r\nja organisaatiokulttuuriin keskittyv\u00e4st\u00e4 tutkimuskirjallisuudesta. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus on tapaustutkimus,jonka avulla pyrittiin kuvailemaan strategiaviestinn\u00e4n kehityspisteit\u00e4. Tutkimus toteutettiin kvantitatiivisena tutkimuksena, jonka aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin survey -kyselytutkimuksen avulla. Kvantitatiiviseen tutkimukseen sis\u00e4ltyi my\u00f6s kvalitatiivisia elementtej\u00e4. Kyselyyn vastasi 76 henkil\u00f6\u00e4. Aineiston kvantitatiivinen osa analysoitiin SPSS-ohjelmalla ja siit\u00e4 tehtiin tilastollista analyysia. Kvalitatiivisen osan analysoinnissa hy\u00f6dynnettiin teemoittelua.\r\n\r\nTulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 korkeammilla organisaatiotasoilla ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t kokivat tiet\u00e4v\u00e4ns\u00e4 strategiasta enemm\u00e4n ja olivat saatuun tiedon m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4n tyytyv\u00e4isempi\u00e4 kuin muut vastaajat. Organisaatiolta kaivattiin enemm\u00e4n avoimuutta, osallistamista ja l\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyytt\u00e4. Osa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6st\u00e4 koki pulaa luottamuksesta ja piti t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4, ett\u00e4 johto toimisi muutoksen esimerkkin\u00e4. Organisaatiossa ei juurikaan ilmennyt sis\u00e4ist\u00e4 kumppanuutta. Tuloksista on havaittavissa, ett\u00e4 sis\u00e4ist\u00e4 kumppanuutta ilmenee vain oman tiimin sis\u00e4ll\u00e4. Tulosten perusteella tapausorganisaation tulee lis\u00e4t\u00e4 vuorovaikutusta, avoimuutta ja henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n osallistamista. Organisaation tulee keskitty\u00e4 my\u00f6s luottamuksen lis\u00e4\u00e4miseen. Tutkimukseen laatuun ja yleistett\u00e4vyyteen vaikutti pieni otanta, sek\u00e4 tutkijan oma tulkinta.
