Liiketoimintaprosessit toimivat tutkielman n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmana ja pelillist\u00e4misen sek\u00e4 lis\u00e4tyn todellisuuden avulla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n parantamaan liiketoimintaprosesseja. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa tutkittiin pelillist\u00e4misen ja lis\u00e4tyn todellisuuden mahdolli- suuksia liiketoimintaprosessien parantamisessa. Tutkielman kirjallisuuden han- kinta suoritettiin AISEL, IEEE Xplore Digital Libraryn ja Google Scholarin kirjastoista. Designing to take advantage of new technologies is getting closer because of digital natives coming to workplace. Business process are the viewpoint of the literature review. Gamefication and augmented reality are used to improve business processes. This literature review investigated pos- sibilities of gamefication and augmented reality in improving business processes. Acquisition of the literature was carried out from AISEL, IEEE Xplore Digital Li- brary and Google Scholar databases.
