Tutkimuksessa\r\ntarkasteltiin eroavaisuuksia eri oppilaitosten v\u00e4lill\u00e4 ja eroavaisuuksia oppilaitoksittain uuden\r\nja vanhan opetussuunnitelman mukaan opiskelleiden v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Tavoitteena oli tarjota tietoa\r\nliikunnanohjaajien kokemuksista ammattikorkeakouluille, jonka avulla oppilaitokset pystyisiv\u00e4t\r\nkehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n koulutusohjelmaansa.\r\nTutkimus toteutettiin Haaga-Helian, Kajaanin ja Lapin ammattikorkeakouluista valmistuneille\r\nliikunnanohjaajille k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en Webropol -ohjelmiston s\u00e4hk\u00f6ist\u00e4 kyselylomaketta. Vastauksia saatiin\r\nyhteens\u00e4 154. Osaamisalueita (substanssi-, prosessi-, kehitt\u00e4mis- ja ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4osaaminen)\r\nmitattiin Likertin asteikollisin v\u00e4itt\u00e4min (1-5), joista muodostettiin summamuuttujat. Lis\u00e4ksi\r\nkyselylomakkeessa tiedusteltiin kokemuksia koulutuksen antamista valmiuksista. Aineisto\r\nanalysoitiin keskiarvovertailulla, yksisuuntaisella varianssianalyysill\u00e4 (ANOVA), KruskalWallisin\r\ntestill\u00e4, Mann-Whitneyn U-testill\u00e4 sek\u00e4 riippumattomien otosten t-testill\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en\r\nSPSS 24.0 ohjelmistoa.\r\nTulosten mukaan liikunnanohjaajat arvioivat oman asiantuntijuutensa hyv\u00e4ksi. Liikunnanohjaajien\r\nosaamisessa ei ollut tilastollisesti merkitsevi\u00e4 eroja koulutusta tarjoavien oppilaitosten\r\nv\u00e4lill\u00e4. Substanssiosaamisen keskiarvo oli hieman yli 4. My\u00f6s prosessiosaamisen keskiarvo\r\noli 4. Kehitt\u00e4mis- ja ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4osaamisen keskiarvot j\u00e4iv\u00e4t hiukan alle 4. Kehitt\u00e4misosaamisen\r\nkeskiarvo oli koko joukon tuloksissa 3,8 ja ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4osaamisen keskiarvo oli 3,9. Koulutuksen\r\nuudistumisella l\u00f6ydettiin yhteys liikunnanohjaajien osaamiseen. Merkitsev\u00e4 tilastollinen eroavaisuus\r\noli Lapin ammattikorkeakoulun vastaajien prosessiosaamisessa (p=0,001) ja kehitt\u00e4-\r\nmisosaamisessa (p=0,001), joissa vanhan opetussuunnitelman mukaan opiskelleet kokivat\r\nosaamisen paremmaksi. Haaga-Helian ammattikorkeakoulun vastaajien ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4osaamisessa\r\noli merkitsev\u00e4 eroavaisuus (p=0,012). Uuden opetussuunnitelman mukaan opiskelleet kokivat\r\nosaamisensa paremmaksi. Valmistuneiden n\u00e4kemysten perusteella kaikissa oppilaitoksissa parhaimmat\r\nvalmiudet oli saatu substanssiosaamiseen.\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus antaa liikunta-alan ammattikorkeakouluille suuntaa-antavaa tietoa liikunnanohjaajien\r\nkoetusta osaamisen tasosta sek\u00e4 heid\u00e4n kokemuksistaan koulutuksen antamista valmiuksista.\r\nLis\u00e4ksi tutkimus antaa tietoa opetuksen uudistamisen j\u00e4lkeen tapahtuneista muutoksista.\r\nValmistuneiden k\u00e4sitykset koulutuksen antamista valmiuksista erosivat jonkin verran vanhan\r\nja uuden opetussuunnitelman mukaan opiskelleilla. In this study, the differences between Universities\r\nof Applied sciences and the differences between graduates studied in new and old curriculum,\r\nwere scrutinized. The aim was to offer information about sport instructor\u2019s experiences for institutions,\r\nwhereby educational programs can be developed in institutions.\r\nThis research was implemented on graduated sport instructors from Haaga-Helia, Kajaani and\r\nLapland Universities of Applied Sciences by using Webropol\u2019s electronic questionnaire. The\r\nareas of expertise (substance, process, developing and work life know-how) were evaluated by\r\nLikert\u00b4s scale statements (1\u20135), from which summation variables were formed. In addition, experiences\r\nof how educations gave preparedness were asked. The data was analyzed with means\r\ncomparison, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann- Whitney\u00b4s\r\nU-test and independent samples t-test by using IBM SPSS 24.0 program.\r\nAccording to findings, physical education instructors comprised their own expertise and knowhow\r\nto be at a good level. There wasn\u00b4t statistically significant differences between the three\r\neducational institutions which offer the education of physical education instructor. The average\r\nof substance know-how was slightly over 4. Propositions were measured on a scale from 1 to\r\n5. Also, the average of process know-how was 4. Average of developing and work life knowhow\r\nwere slightly under 4. Average of developing know-how was 3,8 and work life know-how\r\nwas 3,9. The reform of curriculum was found to have impact on sports instructors\u00b4 know-how.\r\nSignificant statistical difference was in Lapland University of Applied Sciences on process\r\nknow-how (p=0,001) and developing know-how (p=0,001), where know-how was better on\r\ngraduates studied in old curriculum according to means. In Haaga-Helia University of Applied\r\nSciences there was a significant statistical difference in work life know-how (p=0,012). Based\r\non average, the know- how was better in graduates that studied on new curriculum. The best\r\npreparedness has been obtained to substance know-how based on graduate\u2019s opinion in all institutions.\r\nThis study will give directive information about sport instructors\u00b4 perceptions of their knowhow\r\nand experiences of how educations has given preparedness to institutions.
