Tutkielman teoriaosuus sisältää kirjallisuuskatsauksen mobiilisovelluksista, kriittisistä menestystekijöistä, Kiinan mobiilisovellusmarkkinoista, UTAUT2 teknologian omaksumisteoriasta sekä yleisesti mobiilisovelluksien menestystekijöistä. Empiirinen osuus on laadullinen haastattelututkimus, joka on suunnattu pitkän uran mobiilisovellusten parissa tehneille ammattilaisille. Tavoitteena on selvittää heidän näkemyksensä, mikäli teoriaosuudessa esille tulleet asiat ovat merkityksellisiä sekä onko heillä omakohtaiseen kokemukseen perustuvaa tietoja, kuinka menestyä Kiinan mobiilisovellusmarkkinoilla. Lopuksi, tehdään yhteenveto löydöksistä ja vastata tutkimuskysymyksiin. The aim of this study is to identify the Critical Success Factors for Mobile Games on the Chinese Mobile Game Market. These factors are: technical requirements, content requirements and business requirements. Theoretical part of this study will use earlier research on the subject and utilize the UTAUT2 model to identify the earlier mentioned Critical Success Factors. The literature review for this study will consist of the following subjects: UTAUT2, Critical Success Factors, Mobile Games, Chinese Mobile Game market and finally end with a discussion and conclusion. The empirical part is a qualitative interview research. Three established Finnish game industry veterans will explain their background and how they have brought successful mobile games to the Chinese mobile game market. Finally, the findings from the interview is compared to the findings of the literature review.
