Tutkimuksessa selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s, onko i\u00e4ll\u00e4 tai sukupuolella yhteytt\u00e4 opettajien n\u00e4kemyksiin. Tutkimuksen kohteena olivat mm. opettajien perehtyminen ja suhtautuminen vuoden 2014 opetussuunnitelman mukaiseen arviointiohjeistukseen, opetussuunnitelman vaikutus k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n arviointity\u00f6h\u00f6n sek\u00e4 opettajien n\u00e4kemykset vuoden 2014 opetussuunnitelman mahdollisuuksista ja haasteista arviointity\u00f6ss\u00e4.\r\nTutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin s\u00e4hk\u00f6isell\u00e4 kyselylomakkeella tammikuun 2017 aikana LIITO ry:n j\u00e4senrekisterin kautta. Kyselyyn vastasi yhteens\u00e4 104 yl\u00e4koulun liikunnanopettajaa, joista 63 oli naista ja 41 miest\u00e4. Aineistoa analysoitiin ristiintaulukoinnin ja khiin-neli\u00f6 testin avulla. Kyselyn viimeinen kysymys oli avoin, ja sen vastaukset teemoiteltiin.\r\nLiikunnanopettajat suhtautuivat varsin eri tavoin vuoden 2014 opetussuunnitelman arviointiohjeistukseen, sill\u00e4 vastausten hajonta oli suuri. Kielteisesti suhtautuvia oli kaikista vastaajista 41 prosenttia, my\u00f6nteisesti suhtautuvia 46 prosenttia ja loput 13 prosenttia eiv\u00e4t osanneet sanoa kantaansa. Opettajista 73,1 prosenttia oli sit\u00e4 mielt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 uusi arviointiohjeistus tulee lis\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n opettajan ty\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 verrattuna aikaisempaan. Avoimissa vastauksissa opettajat toivat esiin enemm\u00e4n uuden arviointiohjeistuksen haasteita (47 kpl), kuin sen mahdollisuuksia (20 kpl). Useimmiten esiin noussut haaste oli arviointiohjeistuksen ymm\u00e4rrett\u00e4vyys ja objektiivisuuden puute arvioinnissa. Hyv\u00e4n\u00e4 asiana n\u00e4htiin oppilaiden itsearviointi ja lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyv\u00e4 tieto omasta edistymisest\u00e4 liikunnassa. Nuoret (26\u201343 -vuotiaat) liikunnanopettajat kertoivat perehtyneens\u00e4 arviointiohjeistukseen uudessa opetussuunnitelmassa vanhempia (44\u201361 -vuotiaita) paremmin. Nuoremmat liikunnanopettajat kokivat uudistuneen liikunnan oppilasarvioinnin ohjeistuksen oikeudenmukaisemmaksi verrattaessa vanhempien liikunnanopettajien n\u00e4kemyksiin. Mies- ja naisopettajien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 ei merkitsevi\u00e4 eroja n\u00e4kemyksiss\u00e4 havaittu.\r\nOpettajien suhtautuminen arviointiohjeistukseen voi kertoa osaltaan siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 uutta asiaa ei ollut viel\u00e4 t\u00e4ysin omaksuttu ja sit\u00e4 kohtaan saatettiin tuntea muutosvastarintaa. Kyselyn tekohetkell\u00e4 uusi opetussuunnitelma ei viel\u00e4 ollut k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 kaikissa yl\u00e4kouluissa, ja hieman alle puolet vastanneista opettajista oli toteuttanut arviointia sen ohjeistuksen mukaisesti. Avoimissa vastauksissa esiin nousi huoli siit\u00e4, miten arvioida oppilaita tulevaisuudessa tasavertaisesti, ja miten arvosanan voi perustella. Kokemus siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 tulee lis\u00e4\u00e4ntym\u00e4\u00e4n, saattaa lis\u00e4t\u00e4 kielteist\u00e4 suhtautumista uutta arviointiohjeistusta kohtaan. Tulevaisuudessa liikunnanopettajien oppilasarviointity\u00f6t\u00e4 voitaisiin tukea tarjoamalla t\u00e4ydennyskoulutusta ja lis\u00e4\u00e4 ty\u00f6kaluja arviointiin.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "PE teachers' views of assessment in the 2014 curriculum. \r\nThe aim of this study was to find out how PE teachers view the new assessment guidance in the 2014 curriculum. Study also examines the possible differentiation of age or gender groups in the views. Targets of the study were: teachers orientation to the new curriculum, how well the curriculum is understood, curriculum`s effect on the teachers practical assessment work, common attitude towards the curriculum and teachers views about the possible challenges and possibilities that the new curriculum will bring.\r\nData was collected with electric questionnaire during January 2017. There was 104 PE teachers from upper comprehensive school that answered the questionnaire. 63 of them were women and 41 men. Data was analyzed by using Chi-square test and cross tabulation. Last question was open, which answers were themed.\r\nPE teachers\u2019 common attitude towards the new assessment guidance was evenly divided to negative and positive. 41 percent of the answerers had a negative relation towards the guidance and 46 percent had a positive relation towards the guidance. Rest 13 percent answered I can`t say. 73,1 percent felt like the new curriculum will increase their workload compared to earlier. In the open answers teachers brought up clearly more challenges (47 answers), than possibilities (20 answers), that the new assessment guidance might add to their work. Most common challenge that teachers answered was understanding the guidance and the lack of objectivity in it (17 times). Students increasing information about their progression in sports was the most often seen possibility (8 times). Statistically significant differences between age groups, was found in orientation towards the new curriculum. Young PE teachers (26\u201343-year old) had made themselves more familiar with it, than older (44\u201361-year old) teachers. As well, younger and older PE teachers had a different view on the fairness of the assessment guidance. Younger teachers felt that the new assessment guidance was fairer when compared to the views of older PE teachers. Significant differences were not found between genders.\r\nPart of the teachers\u2019 attitude towards the new curriculum might be explained by transform resistance. However the worry, of how to evaluate in future (which was shown in the open answers), surely reflects in teachers attitudes.
