Ammattikorkeakoulu-uudistuksen yhteydess\u00e4 kuntoutusalojen osaamisen ja niiden vahvistaminen tulevaisuudessa todettiin t\u00e4rke\u00e4ksi. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 mit\u00e4 on ammattikorkeakouluissa opiskeltavien kuntoutusalojen yhteinen osaaminen, mik\u00e4 ilmenee opetussuunnitelmissa ja n\u00e4iden alojen ammattilaisten kokemuksissa. Tutkimuskysymykset olivat: Mit\u00e4 on kuntoutuksen yhteinen osaaminen ammattikorkeakoulujen kirjallisissa opetussuunnitelmissa? Millaisia merkityksi\u00e4 kuntoutuksen yhteisest\u00e4 osaamisesta on kuntoutuksen alan opiskelijoilla ja ammattilaisilla? Tutkimusteht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n vastattiin fenomenologista tutkimusl\u00e4hestymistapaa ja Giorgin tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en.\r\nAineisto oli kaksiosainen koostuen kansallisista kuntoutuksen opetussuunnitelmista ja moniammatillisista ryhm\u00e4haastatteluista. Opetussuunnitelmat (n=16) olivat verkkopohjaisia kunkin oppilaitoksen kotisivuilta. Haastattelut (n=28) tehtiin moniammatillisina ryhm\u00e4haastatteluina. 13 haastattelua tehtiin Helsingiss\u00e4 \u201dKuntoutuksen koulutusp\u00e4ivill\u00e4\u201d ja 15 haastattelua tehtiin alueellisesti. Haastatteluihin osallistuvat edustivat kuntoutuksen eri ammattialaoja (fysioterapia, toimintaterapia, kuntoutuksenohjaus, jalkaterapia, naprapatia, osteopatia ja apuv\u00e4linetekniikka. Haastatteluihin osallistujat olivat opiskelijoita, opettajia ja ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edustajia. Haastatteluihin osallistui yhteens\u00e4 219 kuntoutusalan edustajaa. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin syys-joulukuun 2014 aikana.\r\nAnalyysin tuloksena oli, ett\u00e4 opetussuunnitelmissa yhteisi\u00e4 opintoja olivat perusopinnot, ammattiopinnot, valinnaiset opinnot, opinn\u00e4ytety\u00f6, ty\u00f6harjoittelu sek\u00e4 kansainv\u00e4liset opinnot. N\u00e4iden sis\u00e4lt\u00f6 ja laajuus vaihtelivat ammattialoittain sek\u00e4 ammattikorkeakoulujen v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Tuloksena muodostui kahdeksan merkityskokonaisuutta, jotka ovat moniammatilliset opinnot, monialaiset yhteiset opinnot, monialainen opettajuus, moniammatillinen opetus, yhteinen opetuksen suunnittelu, professioiden eettisyys, moniammatilliset kuntoutuksen edellytykset ja kuntoutuksen jatkuvuuden edellytykset. In Finland the education in social studies, health studies and studies in rehabilitation is broad and takes place also at Universities of Applied Sciences. There was a need to investigate the competencies and skills in the rehabilitation education programs during the reform of Universities of Applied Sciences. The purpose of the reform was to ensure knowledge base for the occupations in rehabilitation in the future. The aim of this study was to understand what is the common know-how of the curriculum of rehabilitation in the Universities of Applied Science and as the experts of rehabilitation experience it. The research questions were: How is the collective know-how of rehabilitation reflected in the curriculum of the Universities of Applied Sciences? What kind of experiences have the students and the professionals in the field of rehabilitation about the collective know-how of rehabilitation. The research question were approached using the phenomenological method according to Giorgi (1985).\r\nThe data was in two parts: The national curriculum of rehabilitation and the multi-professional group theme interviews. The curricula (16 pieces) were collected from the websites of each University of Applied Science. The interviews (28) were conducted as multi-professional group theme interviews. 13 interviews were conducted in Helsinki at the \u201cKuntoutuksen koulutusp\u00e4iv\u00e4t\u201d and 15 interviews were conducted at the Universities of Applied Sciences. Participants in the interviews represented various professional fields of rehabilitation. (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation instuctor, podiatry, naprapathy, osteopathy, prosthetics and orthotics) The participants of the interviews were students, teachers and working life representatives. There were all together 219 participants representing the field of rehabilitation. The data transparen pages was collected during September-December 2014.\r\nThe collective know-how of the curricum was common-, subjectspecific-, voluntary- and international studies, clinical training and thesis. The content and the credentials of the studies were different in between the Universities of Applied Sciences and between the different professions studied. The result of the data analysis consists eight meaning units: multi-professional studies, collective multi-professional studies, multi-professional teaching, common planning of the curricula, professions ethics, multi-professional qualifications in rehabilitation and continuity of rehabilitations qualifications.
