Markkinoinnin tutkimukset ovat keskittyneet pitk\u00e4lti asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyden ja asiakasuskollisuuden tutkimiseen. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimukset ovat kohdistuneet useammin kuluttajasektorille ja kulutustavaroihin kuin b2b-sektorille ja palveluiden kontekstiin.\r\n\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, vaikuttaako asiakkaan kokema arvo asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen ja asiakasuskollisuuteen. Tutkimuksessa koettu arvo jaetaan funktionaaliseen, emotionaaliseen ja sosiaaliseen arvoon sek\u00e4 koettuihin uhrauksiin. Asiakasuskollisuus jaetaan suositteluun ja uudelleenostoon. Vastauksia pyrittiin l\u00f6yt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n koettua arvoa, asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyytt\u00e4 ja asiakasuskollisuutta mittaavista malleista. Tutkimus suoritettiin kvantitatiivisena survey-tutkimuksena. S\u00e4hk\u00f6ist\u00e4 Webropol-ohjelmaa hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 saatiin 162 vastausta b2b-asiantuntijapalveluita tarjoavan organisaation asiakkailta. Data analysoitiin SPSS-ohjelmalla, jota seurasi rakenneyht\u00e4l\u00f6mallin ja hypoteesien testaus SPSS Amos-ohjelmalla.\r\n\r\nMuodostetun tutkimusmallin olettamuksena oli, ett\u00e4 koetun arvon eri ulottuvuudet vaikuttavat positiivisesti asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen. Lis\u00e4ksi olettamuksena oli, ett\u00e4 asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyys vaikuttaa positiivisesti asiakasuskollisuuteen, eli suositteluun ja uudelleenostoon. Tutkimuksen tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 asiakkaan kokeman arvon eri ulottuvuuksista vain emotionaalinen arvo vaikuttaa positiivisesti asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimus osoitti, ett\u00e4 asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyydell\u00e4 on vahva positiivinen vaikutus suositteluun ja uudelleenostoon.
