Tutkimus analysoi nykytilannetta ja l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtia, joiden perusteella opettajien tieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknisi\u00e4 taitoja voitaisiin kehitt\u00e4\u00e4. \r\n\r\nTutkimuksen teoreettisena l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtana on tieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknologia perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelmassa. N\u00e4kemys korostaa opettajan merkityst\u00e4 ja ammattitaidon kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4. Tutkimus pohjautuu Niemen, Kyn\u00e4slahden ja Vahtivuori\u2013H\u00e4nnisen (2013) viitekehykseen, jossa opettajuus, yhten\u00e4 kuudesta tekij\u00e4st\u00e4, edist\u00e4\u00e4 TVT:n soveltamista koulun arkeen. Viitekehyst\u00e4 on laajennettu tutorointiin opettajien ammatillisen kehitt\u00e4misen toimintamallina.\r\n\r\nTutkimuksen aineisto perustuu kentt\u00e4ty\u00f6h\u00f6n, jonka observoinnit on suoritettu Koulussa digitt\u00e4\u00e4 -hankkeen tapaamisissa alkuvuonna 2017. Havainnot on koottu kentt\u00e4p\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjaksi. Sen lis\u00e4ksi on k\u00e4ytetty kirjallisia dokumentteja ja keskustelupiirin menetelmin toteutettuja haastatteluja.\r\n\r\nTutkimustulokset tiivistet\u00e4\u00e4n reflektoimalla tuloksia suhteessa teoriaan. Tulosten mukaan opettajien omia TVT-taitoja voidaan kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 sek\u00e4 tukea TVT-taitojen opetusk\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 tutorkoulutuksiin osallistumalla. Tutoropettajien kouluttautuminen on viel\u00e4 kesken, joten sen merkitys on kokonaisuudessaan n\u00e4ht\u00e4viss\u00e4 vasta tulevaisuudessa. Mutta jo nyt voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4, ett\u00e4 tutoropettajuudella on opettajien ammatillisessa kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4 TVT-osaamisen alueella mahdollisuuksia. \r\n\r\nTulosten perusteella opettajilla on erilaisia tarpeita kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 TVT-osaamistaan. TVT-taitojen kehittymist\u00e4 edistet\u00e4\u00e4n sek\u00e4 my\u00f6t\u00e4vaikutetaan ohjaamalla ja tutoroimalla opettajia heid\u00e4n omista l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohdistaan sek\u00e4 tarjoamalla heille erilaisia mahdollisuuksia saada tukea. Pelko ja vastahankaisuus, joka tutoroitavilla usein on uutta ja outoa kohtaan, voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 jarrun sijaan mahdollisuutena. The study analyses the present situation and conditions on the basis of which the ICT skills of teachers could be developed.\r\n\r\nThe theoretical starting point for the study is information and communication technology in the curriculum for basic education. The point of view of the study emphasises the significance of the teacher and the development of professional skills.\r\n\r\nThe research is based on the framework of Niemi, Kyn\u00e4slahti and Vahtivuori-H\u00e4nninen (2013), where teaching as one of six things promotes the adaptation of ICT for everyday school life. The framework has been extended to tutoring, a practical approach for the professional development of teachers.\r\n\r\nThe study material is based on fieldwork, which includes observations that were conducted during the meetings of \u201dKoulussa digitt\u00e4\u00e4\u201d in the first half of 2017. The observations were collected in a diary. In addition written documents were used and interviews were conducted using discussion circle methods. \r\n\r\nThe research results are summarized by reflecting on them from a theoretical perspective. According to the results, ICT skills can be developed and the use of ICT skills in teaching can be supported by participating in tutoring. The results show that the training of tutor-teachers is still underway, so its significance on the whole remains to be seen. However, it can already be seen that tutoring can enable the professional development of teachers\u2019 ICT skills. \r\n\r\nOn the basis of the results, teachers have different needs to develop ICT skills. The development of ICT skills is promoted and contributed to by guiding and tutoring teachers from their individual starting points and by providing them with different opportunities to get support. Tutees often express fear and opposition towards new and unfamiliar practices, but it can be seen as an opportunity instead of an obstacle.
