T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus yritt\u00e4\u00e4 luoda mallin joka selitt\u00e4\u00e4 teknologian omaksumisen, kun antropomorfismi on lis\u00e4tty tekij\u00e4ksi. T\u00e4t\u00e4 mallia tutkitaan \u00e4\u00e4niavustajien kontekstissa.\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 pro-gradu tutkielma koostuu kirjallisuuskatsauksesta, sek\u00e4 empiirisest\u00e4 tutkimuksesta. Kirjallisuuskatsaus osoittaa antropomorfismin voivan vaikuttaa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymiseen. Lis\u00e4ksi katsaus tunnistaa sopivia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, joilla mitata antropomorfismia, sek\u00e4 tarkastelee tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 nykyisiss\u00e4 teknologian omaksumismalleissa uutta teoreettista viitekehyst\u00e4 varten. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tuloksena syntyv\u00e4 viitekehys yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n laadun, koetun hy\u00f6dyllisyyden, koetun helppok\u00e4ytt\u00f6isyyden, sosiaalisen vaikutuksen sek\u00e4 suosittuuden antropomorfismin kanssa, jonka avulla voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 miten n\u00e4m\u00e4 tekij\u00e4t vaikuttavat k\u00e4ytt\u00f6aikomukseen ja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4tyytyv\u00e4isyyteen. Lis\u00e4ksi t\u00e4m\u00e4 viitekehys mittaa antropomorfismia aiheuttavia \u00e4\u00e4niavustajan ominaisuuksia, sek\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n taipumuksellisia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4. T\u00e4t\u00e4 viitekehyst\u00e4 tutkitaan kvantitatiivisena tutkimuksena.\r\nTutkimuksen tulosten perusteella, antropomorfismilla ei ollut odotettuja vaikutuksia k\u00e4ytt\u00f6aikomukseen tai k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4tyytyv\u00e4isyyteen. Sen sijaan vaikuttavimmat tekij\u00e4t olivat koettu hy\u00f6dyllisyys, koettu helppok\u00e4ytt\u00f6isyys sek\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n laatu. These studies have resulted in different models, that explain the process from technical, and motivational point of view. This study attempts to build a model that explains technology acceptance, with the addition of anthropomorphism as a measured factor. This model is studied in the context of voice assistants.\r\nThis master's thesis consists of a literature review, and an empirical study. The literature review establishes the potential of anthropomorphism on user behavior. The review further identifies suitable measurements for anthropomorphism, and reviews existing technology acceptance models, to identify factors to be included in the research framework. The resulting framework combines system quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, and popularity with anthropomorphism, to see how these factors affect intention to use and user satisfaction. The framework also measures the features of the voice assistant, that cause anthropomorphism to occur, as well as user's dispositional factors. This framework is tested as a quantitative research.\r\nBased on the results of the study, anthropomorphism did not have the expected influence on intention to use, or user satisfaction. Instead, the significant effects came from perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and system quality. At the end of the thesis, the results are discussed and potential explanations to these results are considered.
