Tutkimusaineistoon pyydettiin mukaan helsinkil\u00e4isen\r\nala-asteen kuudennen luokan oppilaita (n=24), joista poikia oli 10 ja tytt\u00f6j\u00e4 14. Lopullisen\r\ntutkimusjoukon muodostivat 20 kuudennen luokan oppilasta, joista poikia oli 8 ja tytt\u00f6j\u00e4\r\n12. Motorisen koordinaation kehittymisen mittarina k\u00e4ytettiin nelj\u00e4 mittausosiota k\u00e4sitt\u00e4-\r\nv\u00e4\u00e4 KTK-testi\u00e4 (K\u00f6rperkoordinationstest f\u00fcr Kinder), jota k\u00e4ytettiin oppilaiden alku- ja lopputestauksessa.\r\nTestipatteristoon kuuluu tasapainoilu takaperin, sivuttaishyppely, sivuttaissiirtyminen\r\nja esteen yli kinkkaus. Testill\u00e4 mitattiin oppilaiden koordinatiivisia suorituksia, joista\r\nkehittymist\u00e4 on havaittavissa suoritusten tulosparannusten kautta. Tutkimus tehtiin pitkitt\u00e4istutkimuksena\r\nnelj\u00e4n viikon ajanjakson v\u00e4lill\u00e4.\r\nTaidon oppimisessa toistojen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ll\u00e4 ja laadulla on iso merkitys. 12-vuotiaiden lasten liikuntaaktiivisuudessa\r\nvoi esiinty\u00e4 hyvinkin suuria eroja ja n\u00e4m\u00e4 erot voivat n\u00e4ky\u00e4 oppilaan motorisessa\r\noppimisessa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma huomioon ottaen tehtiin taustakysely, jolla selvitettiin\r\nkohderyhm\u00e4n viikoittaista fyysisen aktiivisuuden m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 nelj\u00e4n viikon aikana. Aktiivisuuskyselyll\u00e4\r\ntutkittiin aktiivisuuden ja sukupuolen yhteyksi\u00e4 motoriseen oppimiseen.\r\nTutkimuksen tuloksissa kohderyhm\u00e4ll\u00e4 havaittiin kasvua KTK-testin kokonais- ja osatesteiss\u00e4.\r\nTilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4 tulosparannus saavutettiin testien kokonaispisteiss\u00e4, mutta osatestien\r\ntulosmuutoksissa ei havaittu tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 eroa. Pojat olivat huomattavasti tytt\u00f6j\u00e4\r\naktiivisempia nelj\u00e4n viikon aikana, ja he saivat my\u00f6s tytt\u00f6j\u00e4 korkeammat kokonaispistem\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t\r\ntesteist\u00e4. Sukupuolen ja aktiivisuuden yhteyksi\u00e4 kohderyhm\u00e4n\r\nmotoriseen oppimiseen ei pystytty tilastollisesti osoittamaan, vaikka tuloksissa olikin\r\nhavaittavissa suuntaa antavia muutoksia. Tulosmuutosten suunta tuki k\u00e4sityst\u00e4 siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 sukupuolella\r\nja fyysisell\u00e4 aktiivisuudella on merkityst\u00e4 motoriseen oppimiseen.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "This Master\u00b4s thesis purpose was to examine short term development of motor coordination in\r\nelementary school for four weeks. 24 sixth grade pupils were invited to join this study. The\r\nfinal examine group consisted (n=20) of 8 boys and 12 girls. They were measured two times\r\n(initial and final) with KTK-test. Test battery consists of four components which are moving\r\nbackwards, jumping sideways, moving sideways and jumping over obstacle. KTK-test\r\nmeasures coordinative performance and motor development can be noticed through higher test\r\npoints. This was a longitudinal four week study.\r\nThere is significance in repetitions and quality in learning skills. Large differences can appear\r\nin physical activity and these differences can play a big role for 12 year old children and motor\r\nlearning. An activity poll were made to examine pupils\u2019 physical activity during four weeks.\r\nActivity poll purpose was to gather data to analyze the relations between physical activity, gender\r\nand motor learning.\r\nThe result of this study was that statistical significance were noticed in growth of points in KTK\r\ntest. There were no significant differences noticed in all four part tests of KTK. Boys were more\r\nactive than girls in four week period of time and had also higher overall points from the test\r\nthan girls. The difference in growth of points for boys and girls were not statistically significant.\r\nThe conclusion is that there were motor development noticed in pupils for four weeks period,\r\nmeasured with KTK-test. No connections were found between physical activity, gender and\r\nmotor learning, though the results can be decoded as directional.
