Kondensaation depositioon\nmuodostamia aukkoja analysoimalla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n saamaan kuva siit\u00e4 miten kondensaatio\nvaikuttaa depositioon ja miten nanoputket vaikuttavat kondensaatioon.\n\nN\u00e4yttein\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin happiplasmalla hydrofiiliseksi k\u00e4sitelty\u00e4 piioksidisirua, johon\ntehtiin nanoputkidepositio pudottamalla nanoputkia sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 liuosta suurella nopeudella\npy\u00f6riv\u00e4lle n\u00e4ytteelle. N\u00e4ytteill\u00e4 tehtiin kolmea erilaista koetta. Kontaktikokeissa\npisara tuotiin kontaktiin n\u00e4ytteen kanssa, kondensaatiokokeissa pisara pidettiin\nn\u00e4ytepinnan l\u00e4heisyydess\u00e4 ja j\u00e4\u00e4hdytyskokeissa n\u00e4ytelevy\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4hdytettiin peltierj\u00e4\u00e4hdyttimell\u00e4 samalla kuvaten. Kaikki kokeet tehtiin hanskakaapissa korkeassa kosteudessa. P\u00e4\u00e4paino tutkielmassa on kondensaatiokokeiden n\u00e4ytteill\u00e4 ja niiden tuloksilla.\n\nSuoritetuissa kokeissa pyrittiin eri parametrej\u00e4 muuttamalla n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n kunkin\nparametrin vaikutus kondensaatioon. Kokeissa muutettuja parametrej\u00e4 olivat luovutuspisaran\net\u00e4isyys, ilmankosteus, luovutusaika, n\u00e4ytelevyn koko, deposition m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 ja piipinnan hydrofobisuus. T\u00e4m\u00e4n lis\u00e4ksi pyrittiin selvitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n tulosten analysointia\nh\u00e4iritsev\u00e4n aukkojen irregulaarisuuden syit\u00e4. N\u00e4ytteit\u00e4 tutkittiin kuvaamalla niit\u00e4\noptisella mikroskoopilla, mink\u00e4 j\u00e4lkeen otetuista kuvista analysoitiin aukkojen kokoa,\nsijoittumista ja muotoa silm\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isesti. Lis\u00e4ksi pyyhk\u00e4isyelektronimikroskoopilla\nkuvaamalla arvioitiin aukkojen muotoa, puhdistumista ja nanopartikkelien sijoittumista\naukoissa.\n\nYksitt\u00e4isten kondensaation muodostamien aukkojen halkaisijat vaihtelevat 1-100\num:n v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Veden irrottamat partikkelit muodostavat verkkomaisen redeposition,\njoka yleens\u00e4 sijoittuu aukkojen reunaan. Redeposition lis\u00e4ksi aukon puhdistusalueella\non partikkeleja, joiden m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 riippuu pinnan hydrofiilisyydest\u00e4 ja deposition m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4st\u00e4.\nParametreist\u00e4 pienenev\u00e4 et\u00e4isyys, suureneva kosteus ja pidentyv\u00e4 aika lis\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t\nkondensaatiota. Deposition m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 vaikuttaa hidastavan kondensaatiopisaroiden kasvua.\nTesteiss\u00e4 havaittu aukkojen irregulaarisuus lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyy n\u00e4ytteen ollessa kosteassa\nilmassa ennen testi\u00e4, ja johtuu nukleaatiotiheyden kasvusta. Syyt\u00e4 tiheyden kasvamiseen\nei kuitenkaan saatu selvitetty\u00e4. Saatujen tulosten avulla tehtiin yksinkertainen\nteoria kondensaation eri vaiheista koej\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ss\u00e4.\n\nTutkimuksia voitaisiin jatkaa monilla eri tavoilla. Yksi tapa olisi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 n\u00e4ytteiden\nanalysoitiin kuva-analyysialgoritmej\u00e4. Aukkojen puhdistusasteen tutkimiseksi\ntaas t\u00e4ytyisi kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 keino poistaa kondensaatiopisarat ja irronneet partikkelit ennen\npisaran h\u00f6yrystymist\u00e4.
