Liikuntatieteellinen tiedekunta, Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopisto, liikuntapedagogiikan pro gradu -tutkielma, 49 s., 2 liitett\u00e4.\n\nTutkimukseni tarkasteli sosiaalisten vuorovaikutustaitojen ilmenemist\u00e4 alkuopetuksen liikunnan tunneilla. Kartoitin sosiaalisia vuorovaikutustaitoja kehitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 harjoitteita sek\u00e4 selvitin opettajien kokemuksia niiden opettamisesta. Sosiaaliset vuorovaikutustaidot jaettiin osa-alueisiin Paytonin ym. (2000) tekem\u00e4n luokittelun mukaisesti aktiiviseen kuunteluun, ilmaisuun ja viestint\u00e4\u00e4n, yhteisty\u00f6h\u00f6n, neuvotteluun, kielt\u00e4ytymiseen ja avun etsimiseen.\n\nTutkimusjoukkona oli nelj\u00e4 alkuluokkien liikunnanopettajaa kolmesta eri alakoulusta. Havainnoin ensin jokaisen opettajan pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4 liikuntatuntia sosiaalisten vuorovaikutustaitojen osa-alueiden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Toisena tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 oli puolistrukturoitu teemahaastattelu. Analysoin tuloksia tutkimusongelmien ja teemojen pohjalta ja selvitin t\u00e4m\u00e4n kautta tehokkaimpia ja heikoimpia harjoituksia vuorovaikutustaitojen harjoittamiseen.\n\nTulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 sosiaaliset vuorovaikutustaidot ilmenev\u00e4t olennaisena osana liikunnan opetuksessa. Opettajat n\u00e4kiv\u00e4t liikunnan oppiaineena, jonka puitteissa sosiaalisia vuorovaikutustaitoja on mahdollista harjoittaa jopa enemm\u00e4n kuin muissa oppiaineissa. Omat keinot koettiin riitt\u00e4vin\u00e4, mutta kehitett\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4kin l\u00f6ytyi. Tehokkaimmiksi harjoituksiksi osoittautuivat erilaiset pari- ja ryhm\u00e4harjoitteet. Hyv\u00e4t vuorovaikutustaidot helpottivat ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 niin liikunnantunneilla kuin niiden ulkopuolellakin. Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, Master\u2019s thesis in Sport Pedagogy, 49 pp., 2 appendices.\n\nMy study was monitoring appearance of social interaction skills in physical education classes of first and second grades. I was surveying exercises which improve social interaction skills and investigating teacher experiences on teaching those skills. Social interaction skills were divided in sections according to Payton et al (2000): Active listening, expressive communication, co-operation, negotiation, refusal and help seeking.\n\nResearch group consisted of four first and second grade teachers from three different elementary schools. At first I monitored every teachers PE class from the social interaction skills sections standpoint. Secondary method of study was half structured theme interview. By analyzing research problems and themes I clarified most efficient and inefficient exercises for training social interaction skills. \n\nResults pointed that social interaction skills appear in physical education substantially. Teachers viewed physical education as a subject in which there is even more possible to train social interaction skills than in other subjects. Own means for teaching were evaluated to be adequate but there was also room for improvement. Most efficient exercises were different types of pair and group exercises. Good social interaction skills will ease working in PE classes as outside of them as well.
