Organisaation sis\u00e4iseen coachingiin liittyy keskeisesti esimiehen ja alaisen v\u00e4linen suhde ja coaching-prosessin kokonaisuus, esimerkiksi suunnittelu ja yksil\u00f6llisyys. Coachingia yritet\u00e4\u00e4n hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 liiketoiminnassa entist\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n, mutta sen vaikutusten mittaaminen on\nosoittautunut haasteelliseksi.
