Edistysaskelien ja ratkaisemattomien ongelmien osalta keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n menestyksekk\u00e4imp\u00e4\u00e4n koelaitteeseen, tokamakiin.\r\nT\u00e4h\u00e4n menness\u00e4 erilaisia koej\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 on ehdotettu useita, mutta tokamak konsepti on n\u00e4ist\u00e4 eniten tutkituin ja huomattavasti edell\u00e4 muita.
