Liikuntakasvatuksen laitos, Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopisto, liikuntapedagogiikan pro gradu \u2013tutkielma, 65s, 9 liitesivua.\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n pro gradu ty\u00f6n tarkoituksena oli tutkia liikuntaintervention keinoin motoristen taitojen kehittymist\u00e4 ja autonomian, p\u00e4tevyyden ja yhteenkuuluvuuden kokemuksia. T\u00e4h\u00e4n pyrittiin luomalla oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6 sellaiseksi, jossa lapset saavat positiivisia kokemuksia ja onnistumisen el\u00e4myksi\u00e4. Tarkoituksena oli my\u00f6s selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mit\u00e4 asioita tulee huomioida j\u00e4rjestett\u00e4ess\u00e4 koulunk\u00e4ynti\u00e4 tukevaa liikuntakerhoa. \r\nTutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 2015 j\u00e4rjestetyst\u00e4 liikuntakerhosta ensimm\u00e4isen luokan oppilaille, joilla oli heikot motoriset tai sosiaaliset taidot. Kerhokertoja oli yhteens\u00e4 nelj\u00e4toista. Tutkimusryhm\u00e4ss\u00e4 oli 12 ensimm\u00e4isen luokan oppilasta nelj\u00e4lt\u00e4 eri luokalta. Aineistonkeruumenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 oli aktivoiva osallistuva havainnointi ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n pohjalta tutkijat pitiv\u00e4t p\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjaa liikuntakerhosta. Nelj\u00e4st\u00e4toista kerhokerrasta kuusi videoitiin havainnoinnin tueksi. Oppilaille tehtiin my\u00f6s osittain Nummisen (1995) APM-testist\u00f6 motoristen taitojen kehittymisen seuraamisen perustaksi. Testi tehtiin oppilaille kaksi kertaa, ensimm\u00e4inen kerta liikuntakerhon alussa ja toinen kerta liikuntakerhon lopussa. Kerhon loputtua lasten vanhemmilta kysyttiin sek\u00e4 lasten opettajia haastateltiin kerhokokemuksista, sen toiminnasta sek\u00e4 mahdollisista muutoksista lasten motorisissa perustaidoissa. Tutkimusaineiston analysoinnissa k\u00e4ytettiin teemoittelua, luokittelua ja tulkintaa.\r\nTutkimustulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 tukiopetustyyppisell\u00e4 liikuntakerholla voidaan vaikuttaa lasten motorisiin taitoihin sek\u00e4 autonomian, p\u00e4tevyyden ja yhteenkuuluvuuden kokemuksiin. Liikuntakerhon toteutuksessa turvallisella oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ll\u00e4 ja positiivisella ilmapiirill\u00e4 oli suuri merkitys. Kun lapset kokivat, ett\u00e4 heit\u00e4 kuunnellaan, ymm\u00e4rret\u00e4\u00e4n ja ollaan l\u00e4sn\u00e4, uskalsivat he ilmaista itse\u00e4\u00e4n rohkeasti. Lasten ilo ja innostuneisuus sek\u00e4 periksi antamattomuus lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyiv\u00e4t ja n\u00e4it\u00e4 ominaisuuksia tarvitaan uusien ja vaikeiden asioiden harjoitteluun ja oppimiseen. The development of fundamental movement skills and supporting of social skills by means of exercise intervention amongst first graders. The department of Sport Sciences, University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, Master\u00b4s thesis in Sports Pedagogy, 65pp, 9 appendicies.\r\nThe purpose of this master thesis was to research by the means of exercise intervention, the development of fundamental movement skills and the experience of autonomy, competence and social cohesion. This was pursued by creating an environment of learning where children perceived positive experiences and feelings of success. We also tried to find out what things must be considered when a physical education club, which supports studying, is set up.\r\nThe empirical data for this research was gathered from a physical education club for the first graders who had weak motor or social skills in spring 2015. The club assembled 14 times. In the research group there were 12 first graders from 4 different classes. The method for collecting empirical data for this research was activating participatory observation, and researchers kept furthermore a diary of the exercise club. Out of 14 gatherings six were videotaped to support observation. The pupils tested partly APM-test battery of Numminen (1995) the basis of observations development of the motor skills. The test was done two times. The first was in the beginning and the second at the end of the club. When the club was closed down, the parents were asked and teachers interviewed about the experiences of the club and about the activities and possible changes in fundamental motor skills. The empirical data was analysed by themes, classes and interpretation.\r\nThe research results indicated that a school physical education club can influence a child`s motor skills as well as experiences of autonomy, competence and social cohesion. In the implementation of such a club, a safe learning environment and a positive atmosphere have a great significance. When children realised that they will be heard and understood and someone is there with them, they had the courage to express themselves without fear. The children\u00b4s joy and enthusiasm and sense the perseverance increased. These qualities needed to learn and practise and study new and difficult things.
