Mielenkiinnon kohteena tutkimuksessa on ollut kuulla ihmisi\u00e4 heid\u00e4n kokemuksistaan muutoksessa. Tutkimus on toteutettu haastattelemalla kohdeyrityksen henkil\u00f6kuntaa. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4taso sek\u00e4 keskijohto haastateltiin ryhm\u00e4haastatteluin ja ylin johto yksil\u00f6haastatteluin. Yhteens\u00e4 ryhm\u00e4haastatteluihin osallistui 37 henkil\u00f6\u00e4, joista 26 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4puolen haastatteluihin ja 11 keskijohdon haastatteluihin. Yksil\u00f6haastatteluja oli kolme kappaletta. Haastateltavat kokivat, ett\u00e4 muutoksen toteutuksessa olisi ollut parantamisen varaa niin suunnitelmallisuuden, tiedottamisen, osallistamisen kuin tuenkin kannalta. Muutoksesta tiedottaminen oli haastateltavien mielest\u00e4 hoidettu puutteellisesti. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4puolen ja keskijohdon haastateltavat olisivat toivoneet osallistavampaa otetta muutoksen toteuttamisessa. Tukea muutokseen olisivat kaivanneet erityisesti keskijohdon haastateltavat. Ihmisten suhtautumisessa muutokseen oli selkeimmin eroja ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4puolen haastateltavien keskuudessa. Osa ajatteli muutoksen olleen v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4t\u00f6n, osa taas ei n\u00e4hnyt muutoksen tarpeellisuutta ja osa ymm\u00e4rsi kyll\u00e4 muutoksen tarpeellisuuden, mutta ei ollut vakuuttunut muutoksen toteuttamistavasta. Keskijohto ja ylin johto taas n\u00e4kiv\u00e4t muutoksen v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4n\u00e4. Muutoksen mahdollisuuksina n\u00e4htiin joustavuuden lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyminen, toimintatapojen ja tuotteiden yhten\u00e4istyminen, yhteisty\u00f6n parantuminen, vaikutusmahdollisuuksien lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyminen, uuden oppiminen ja kilpailukyvyn parantuminen. Uhkina tai haasteina taas n\u00e4htiin muutoksen aiheuttama ep\u00e4varmuustila, mahdolliset resurssien karsimiset, liian raskas rakenne, organisaatiokulttuurin muutokset, aikaerojen tuomat haasteet ja uudenlainen kilpailuasetelma. Toiveina ja parannusehdotuksina haastateltavat mainitsivat muutoksen l\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyyden parantamisen, lopputuloksen selke\u00e4mm\u00e4n visioinnin, muutosviestinn\u00e4n avoimuuden ja aikataulujen pit\u00e4misen, ihmisten paremman osallistamisen, tiimiytymisen tukemisen, muutoksen lopputuleman hahmottelun, esimiesten aktiivisemman roolin, budjetin muutoksen toteuttamiseen ja uusiin ty\u00f6teht\u00e4viin sujuvamman siirtymisen.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.provenance", "value": "Submitted using Plone Publishing form by Mari Partanen (hanparta) on 2016-05-04 06:17:49.696325.
