Miten osallistujat kokivat kouluttajan suunnitteleman liikuntakasvatuksen\r\nsoveltuvan pedagogisiin opintoihin sek\u00e4 miten he voivat hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 toiminnallisuuden\r\nonnistumista omalla alalla? Tutkimuksen kohteena olivat Oulun ammatillisen\r\nopettajakorkeakoulun oppijat. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kes\u00e4ll\u00e4 2015 ja se sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 kahdeksan oppijan\r\nteemahaastattelut.\r\nTutkimus ilmaisi liikunnan ja terveystiedon t\u00e4rkeyden opetussuunnitelmissa. Koulussa tulee\r\nopettaa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 tarvittavia taitoja kuten itsest\u00e4 huolehtimista liikunnan ja terveystiedon keinoin\r\nsek\u00e4 lis\u00e4t\u00e4 liikuntatunteja, opastaa oikeisiin ty\u00f6asentoihin ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 terveysk\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymist\u00e4.\r\nHaastatellut opettajat katsoivat, ett\u00e4 tulevaisuudessa liikuntatuntien supistus vaikuttaisi koko\r\nyhteiskuntaan. Koulussa j\u00e4rjestett\u00e4v\u00e4ll\u00e4 liikunnalla koettiin olevan merkityst\u00e4 liikunnallisen\r\nel\u00e4m\u00e4ntavan edist\u00e4miseen, jolloin liikunnan v\u00e4hent\u00e4minen opetussuunnitelmatasolla\r\nhuonontaisi yleisesti liikunnallisen el\u00e4m\u00e4ntavan edist\u00e4mist\u00e4.\r\nLiikunnan integrointi muihin aineisiin voi edist\u00e4\u00e4 yleisesti liikkumista. Kouluttajan pit\u00e4m\u00e4n\r\nkoulutuksen koettiin tuovan uusia opetusmetodivaihtoehtoja oppitunteihin sek\u00e4 soveltuvan ja\r\nmonipuolistavan teoriapainotteisia opettajan pedagogisia opintoja. Haastatellut opettajat\r\nkokivat, ett\u00e4 toiminnallisia liikuntaharjoitteita voi hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 omassa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oikein k\u00e4ytettyn\u00e4\r\nja hyvin suunniteltuna sellaisenaan. Niiden avulla voidaan v\u00e4ltt\u00e4\u00e4 opetuksen kaavamaisuutta ja\r\nlis\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n opetuksen mielenkiintoisuutta. Harjoitteiden koettiin her\u00e4ttelev\u00e4n, pit\u00e4en\r\nkeskittymist\u00e4 ja mielenkiintoa yll\u00e4 oppiaineissa, katkaisevan pitki\u00e4 luentop\u00e4tki\u00e4 ja\r\nryhm\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4n opiskelijoita. Avoimien oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6jen ja erilaisten apuv\u00e4lineiden k\u00e4yt\u00f6n\r\nkoettiin tuovan mahdollisuuksia oppituntirakenteen uudistamiseen. Lis\u00e4huomioina\r\ntoiminnallisten harjoitteiden koettiin tuovan opettajalle jaksamista omaan ty\u00f6h\u00f6n, soveltuvan\r\nopettajan pedagogisiin opintoihin opetettavien aineiden opetusmetodina ja siihen, ettei itse\r\ntarvitse kaikkea keksi\u00e4.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The purpose of the research was to examine how teachers in their pedagogical studies feel about\r\nthe reformed teaching curriculum by using a qualitative research method. Maintaining work\r\nability, exercising as well as sports and health education affect sports education and introducing\r\na sporty lifestyle in universities of applied science. How did the participants experience the\r\nsports education planned by the educator suited the pedagogical studies? Could they use the\r\nfunctional training methods in their own field of profession? The objects of the research were\r\nstudents in the Oulu University of Applied Sciences Teacher Education. The material was\r\ncollected in the summer of 2015 and it contains theme interviews of eight students.\r\nThe research showed the importance of sports and health education in the teaching curriculum.\r\nIt is important to teach sports and health education skills needed in work at learning institutions\r\nand to increase the amount of sports lessons, to guide into right ergonomics and to promote\r\nhealthy behavior. The interviewed teachers expressed concerns that the possible decrease of\r\nsports lessons would affect the whole society. The sports organized at schools are seen to have\r\nsignificant effect on promoting a sporty lifestyle. Thus decreasing sports in the teaching\r\ncurriculum would generally weaken the efforts to advance a sporty lifestyle.\r\nIntegrating sports to other areas of study may generally support exercising. The interviewees\r\nfelt the training lessons by the educator brought new choices of teaching methods to lessons\r\nand diversified the theory focused pedagogical studies of a teacher. They thought that wellprepared\r\nand rightly used, the functional exercises can be utilized in one's teaching as such, to\r\navoid teaching to become monotonous and help make lessons more interesting. The exercises\r\nwere felt to help revive, increase concentration and stir up interest in different teaching subjects,\r\nhelping interrupt too long lectures and to help group development. Open learning environments\r\nand use of different aiding equipment were felt to increase opportunities to renew the lessons\r\nstructure.
