Kansalliseen Terveysarkistoon liittyv\u00e4n fysioterapian kirjaamismallin kehitt\u00e4misen tueksi onkin erikoissairaanhoidon tutkimus- ja kehitt\u00e4mishankkeessa pyritty kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n fysioterapian kirjaamista ja kirjaamisen laadun arviointia. T\u00e4m\u00e4n ty\u00f6n tarkoituksena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 mit\u00e4 fysioterapian kirjaaminen on sairaalaymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 eri osastoilla ty\u00f6skentelevien fysioterapeuttien n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. \nFenomenografiseen tutkimusotteeseen pohjautuvan ty\u00f6n tutkimusaineisto koostui 12 kahdessa eri akuuttisairaalassa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4n fysioterapeutin yksil\u00f6llisist\u00e4 haastatteluista, kun he olivat kirjanneet omaa ty\u00f6t\u00e4ns\u00e4. Analysointi toteutettiin fenomenografisen metodin (\u00c5kerlind 2005) mukaan.\nFysioterapeuttien k\u00e4sitykset fysioterapian kirjaamisen ilmi\u00f6st\u00e4 muodostivat kolme kuvauskategoriaa: Oman ty\u00f6n merkitys osana sairaalan kuntoutusta, Hyv\u00e4 kuntoutus ja Toimiva ja tuloksellinen kuntoutus. Kriittisten aspektien analyysiss\u00e4 muodostui viisi teemaa; kirjaaminen potilasta varten, tuloksellisuuden kirjaaminen, kuntoutumisen prosessin kirjaaminen, moniammatillinen yhteisty\u00f6 sek\u00e4 ammatillinen eettisyys. \nOman ty\u00f6n merkitys osana sairaalan kuntoutusta esiintyi l\u00e4hes kaikkien tutkimuksessa haastatelluiden fysioterapeuttien k\u00e4sityksess\u00e4. K\u00e4sitysten mukaan laadukkaalla fysioterapian kirjaamisella oli mahdollista saada arvostusta sek\u00e4 oman ty\u00f6n oikeutusta sairaalan muulta henkil\u00f6kunnalta. Ilmi\u00f6n laajentuessa hyv\u00e4 kuntoutus kategoriaan k\u00e4sityksiss\u00e4 korostui oma ja potilaan asiantuntijuus. Selke\u00e4 ero edelliseen oli potilaan osallistaminen omaan kuntoutukseensa subjektina. Fysioterapian kirjaamisessa korostui asiantuntijal\u00e4ht\u00f6isyys sek\u00e4 hyv\u00e4\u00e4n hoitok\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6n perustuvan fysioterapian merkitys tuloksellisuuteen ja potilaan hyv\u00e4\u00e4n pyrkiviss\u00e4 kuntoutustilanteissa. Toimiva ja tuloksellinen kuntoutus tuli esiin vain muutamien fysioterapeuttien k\u00e4sityksiss\u00e4 kirjaamisesta. Selke\u00e4n\u00e4 erona edelliseen tasoon on pyrkimys toimivaan laajempaan moniammatilliseen yhteisty\u00f6h\u00f6n sek\u00e4 sen avulla edelleen eettiseen toimivaan kuntoutus ty\u00f6k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6n. Tavoitteena oli laadukkaan ja tuloksellisen kuntoutuksen turvaaminen ja edellytykset siihen olivat olemassa, mutta vasta harva toteuttaa niit\u00e4. \nTutkimuksen tulokset osoittavat my\u00f6s, ett\u00e4 fysioterapeuttien suorittama fysioterapiaprosessin aikainen kliininen p\u00e4\u00e4ttely ei tule fysioterapian kirjaamisessa esiin, mik\u00e4 saattaisi kuitenkin lis\u00e4t\u00e4 fysioterapian arvostusta moniammatillisessa ty\u00f6ryhm\u00e4ss\u00e4. The National Health Archives physiotherapy abstract model is to support the development of specialized research and development project aimed to develop the recognition of physiotherapy and assessing the quality thereof. The purpose of this study was to find out what the recognition of physical therapy is in a hospital environment from the point of view of the physical therapy professionals working in the various departments.\n\nThe research was based on the data from a phenomenographic survey. The data consisted of individual interviews conducted with twelve physical therapy professionals, in two different acute care hospitals, as to how they recognized their own work. The analysis was carried using the phenomenographic method (\u00c5kerlind 2005). \n\nThe perceptions of physical therapy professionals regarding the effect of physiotherapy accounted for three describing categories: Significance of one\u2019s own work as part of the hospital's rehabilitation program, Good rehabilitation, Functional and effective rehabilitation. Critical aspects of the analysis consisted of five themes; the booking of the patient, recording the effectiveness of the treatment, recording the rehabilitation process, multi-professional co-operation, as well as professional ethics.\n\nFeeling the meaningfulness of their own work, as part of the hospital's rehabilitation program, was apparent in almost all the interviewees in the study of the impressions of physical therapy professionals. View is that upon the documentation of high-quality physiotherapy it was possible to gain legitimacy as well as an appreciation of their work, from other hospital staff. The phenomenon expanding to the perception of a good rehabilitation category, both own and the patient's expertise were emphasized. A clear difference with the past was the patient participating in the rehabilitation. In the recognition of physiotherapy, expert-orientation was emphasized, as well as good care-taking practices based on the performance of the physical therapy and rehabilitation policy of seeking the good of the patient in all situations. The recognition as an effective and efficient rehabilitation method showed only in a few physical therapy professionals\u2019 perceptions. A clear difference between the previous levels of functioning is the pursuit of wider multi-professional co-operation and through this to continue working for ethical work practices in rehabilitation. The aim was to secure high-quality and efficient rehabilitation.
