Tutkielman tavoitteena on tutkia ja vertailla jo olemassa olevia toteutuksia seka\u0308 laatia kirjallisuuskatsauksena teoreettinen vaatimusma\u0308a\u0308rittely toimivan chatbotin toteutukseen verkkokauppojen asiakaspalvelussa. Lisa\u0308ksi tutkielmassa tarkastellaan chatbotin mahdollistamia hyo\u0308tyja\u0308 kuluttajan ja verkkokaupan na\u0308ko\u0308kulmasta. Empiirisessa\u0308 osiossa toteutetaan kvalitatiivinen tutkimus, joka koostuu olemassa olevien chatbot-ja\u0308rjestelmien vertailusta keskena\u0308a\u0308n. For example, the American vendors will be reduced from 18 million to only approximately 4 million. In addition, the amount of virtual sales assistants has grown 50% per year during the 2010s.\nThis thesis deals with artificial intelligence chat technology; a so called chatbot. The aim of this study is to not only investigate and compare the existing implementations, but to construct a literature review of theoretical requirement specifications for a functioning chatbot implementation for customer service in online shopping. In addition, the thesis examines the benefits of the chatbot for the consumers and online shops.
