Toimintoja pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n tehostamaan esimerkiksi uusien IT-j\u00e4rjestelmien avulla, vaikka niiden kehitt\u00e4minen on osoittautunut haasteelliseksi, sill\u00e4 vain vajaa puolet tietoj\u00e4rjes-telm\u00e4projekteista onnistuu suunnitellusti. Muutoksen johtamista on tutkittu jo pitk\u00e4\u00e4n ja sen avulla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottovaiheen ongelmatilanteet. Muutoksen johtamisen mallien avulla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n yleisimm\u00e4t ongel-makohdat organisaatioiden muutostilanteissa ja helpottamaan muutosten suunnittelua, sek\u00e4 viem\u00e4\u00e4n muutokset l\u00e4pi tavoitteiden mukaisesti. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kirjal-lisuuskatsauksella toteutetulla tutkielmalla esitell\u00e4\u00e4n klassista organisaatioiden muutoksen johtamista ja muutoksen johtamista IT-projekteissa, sek\u00e4 n\u00e4iden eroja ja yht\u00e4l\u00e4isyyksi\u00e4.\r\n\r\nTutkimustuloksina todetaan, ett\u00e4 klassisen muutoksen johtamisen mallien ja IT-projektien muutoksen johtamisen v\u00e4lill\u00e4 l\u00f6ytyy yht\u00e4l\u00e4isyyksi\u00e4. Niit\u00e4 l\u00f6ytyy si-dosryhmien v\u00e4lisest\u00e4 tiedottamisesta, osallistamisesta erityisesti k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notto-vaiheessa sek\u00e4 toimenpiteist\u00e4 muutoksen vakiinnuttamisen yhteydess\u00e4. Eroja mallien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 l\u00f6ytyy erityisesti tavoissa osallistaa eri sidosryhmi\u00e4 sek\u00e4 johta-mistyyleiss\u00e4. Tehtyjen havaintojen perusteella muutoksen johtaminen IT-projekteissa on k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4- ja tarvel\u00e4ht\u00f6isemp\u00e4\u00e4 kuin klassisissa organisaation muutoksen johtamisen projekteissa. Organiza-tions are trying to accelerate their functions by new IT-systems, even it is known fact that process of implementation is difficult in order of successful IT-projects. Models of change management are trying to avoid the most common errors during changes and are tools for planning changes to complete changes as planned. This literature review introduces the main features of classical or-ganization change management and leading change in IT-projects as well as differences and similarities of these.\r\n\r\nThe results of the study show similarities between two different change man-agement styles in informing the stakeholders, making stakeholders part of the change during implementation and in styles to make changes to be part of or-ganizational culture. Differences between models are especially in ways to make stakeholders to be part of change and ways of leading changes. Regarding the findings of the study, change management in IT-projects begin from end users and their needs than in classical organization change management pro-cesses.
