Julkaisematon.\nInklusiivinen perusopetus on ollut Suomessa koulutuspoliittinen tavoite jo useamman vuosikymmenen ajan. Vuoden 2007 Erityisopetuksen strategian my\u00f6t\u00e4 inkluusio sidottiin yh\u00e4 vahvemmin kaikkien Suomen peruskoulujen arkeen. Vuoden 2010 Perusopetuslain muutokset sek\u00e4 Perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteiden muutokset ja t\u00e4ydennykset esitteliv\u00e4t oppimisen ja koulunk\u00e4ynnin kolmiportaisen tuen, jonka tarkoituksena oli segregoivien ratkaisujen minimoiminen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n my\u00f6t\u00e4 inklusiiviset k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteet n\u00e4kyv\u00e4t rehtoreiden ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 yh\u00e4 vahvemmin.\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa selvitettiin peruskoulun rehtoreiden kokemuksia inkluusion toteutumisesta heid\u00e4n omissa kouluissaan koulun arkeen liittyvien v\u00e4itt\u00e4mien kautta. Kysely tapahtui survey-tyyppisell\u00e4 verkkokyselyll\u00e4 vuoden 2010 kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4. Kyselyyn vastasi hyv\u00e4ksytysti 480 peruskoulun rehtoria. Vastaaminen tapahtui anonyymisti s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen lomakkeen kautta. V\u00e4itt\u00e4miin vastattiin 6-asteikollisella Likert-asteikolla, jolla otettiin kantaa kuhunkin v\u00e4itt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n (t\u00e4ysin eri mielt\u00e4 - t\u00e4ysin samaa mielt\u00e4). Suurempi keskiarvo kertoi rehtorin positiivisemmasta kokemuksesta inkluusion toteutumisesta tai vastaavasti positiivisemmasta inkluusioasenteesta. Aineisto analysoitiin SPSS-ohjelmistolla. Ainscown, Boothin ja Dysonin (2006) m\u00e4\u00e4ritelm\u00e4n mukaan inkluusion kolme ulottuvuutta (l\u00e4sn\u00e4olo, osallistuminen ja laatu) olivat edustettuina kyselyss\u00e4 mittarin eri osioina. N\u00e4iden lis\u00e4ksi yksi osio koostui muokatusta Mobergin integraatioasennekyselyst\u00e4.\nRehtorin sukupuolella ei ollut merkityst\u00e4 kokemukseen kunkin inkluusion ulottuvuuden toteutumisesta, kokonaisinkluusion toteutumisesta (inkluusion kolme ulottuvuutta) tai yleiseen inkluusioasenteeseen. Peruskoulun rehtoreiden kokemukset inkluusion toteutumisesta omissa kouluissaan olivat kaikkiaan my\u00f6nteisi\u00e4. Kokonaisinkluusion toteutumisen keskiarvo oli 4.34 (sd=0.48) ja Mobergin integraatioasennekyselyn keskiarvo oli 3.33 (sd=0.68).\nRehtoreiden taustakoulutuksen osalta erityisopettajien/erityisluokanopettajien ja luokanopettajien sek\u00e4 erityisopettajien/erityisluokanopettajien ja aineenopettajien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 oli tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4 ero kokemuksissa inkluusion toteutumisesta. Rehtorit, jotka olivat saaneet erityisopettajan koulutuksen, kokivat inkluusion toteutuvan paremmin omissa kouluissaan kuin luokanopettajan tai aineenopettajan koulutuksen saaneet rehtorit. Yleiseen inkluusioasenteeseen ei taustakoulutuksella ollut vaikutusta.\nInkluusion ollessa yh\u00e4 vahvemmin sek\u00e4 yhteiskunnallinen ett\u00e4 koulutuspoliittinen tavoite olisi uusintakyselyn tekeminen rehtoreille ajankohtaista.
