Tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mihin sosiaalisen median v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n strategisessa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisessa, ja mit\u00e4 hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4 ja haittoja sosiaalisen median k\u00e4yt\u00f6ll\u00e4 on organisaation strategiselle henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamiselle. Sen tavoitteena on kannustaa organisaatioita ja niiden strategista henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtoa perehtym\u00e4\u00e4n sosiaaliseen mediaan toimintansa tehostamiseksi. Siksi tutkielma on suunnattu erityisesti niiden organisaatioiden strategiselle henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johdolle, jotka suunnittelevat sosiaalisen median k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoa toimintansa edist\u00e4miseksi. Tutkielma tuo my\u00f6s uutta n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmaa yleisesti sosiaalisesta mediasta tai strategisesta henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johdosta kiinnostuneille. Aluksi tutkielmassa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n strategista henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamista ja tiet\u00e4myksen hallintaa. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen tutkielma selitt\u00e4\u00e4 sosiaalista mediaa sek\u00e4 sen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 organisaatiossa ja strategisessa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisessa. Lopuksi saadut havainnot kootaan yhteen tutkielman kirjoittajan oman pohdinnan kanssa. Tutkielma toteutettiin kirjallisuuskatsauksena perehtym\u00e4ll\u00e4 aiheeseen liittyviin tieteellisiss\u00e4 aikakauslehdiss\u00e4 oleviin artikkeleihin, konferenssijulkaisuihin sek\u00e4 kirjoihin ja raportteihin. Kirjallisiin l\u00e4hteisiin perustuvan teoreettisen tutkimuksen pohjalta havaittiin strategisen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johdon k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4n sosiaalista mediaa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6resurssien hallinnassa toimintansa uudelleen organisointiin ja tehostamiseen organisaation tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi. Parhaimmillaan sosiaalisen median k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 edist\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n hyvinvointia ja kommunikointia ja mahdollistaa kilpailukyvyn kasvattamisen. Toisaalta sosiaalisen median hallinnan osaamattomuus tekee siit\u00e4 tehottoman v\u00e4lineen, jonka k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 heikent\u00e4\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvointia ja lis\u00e4\u00e4 riskej\u00e4 sen v\u00e4\u00e4rink\u00e4yt\u00f6lle. Johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksen\u00e4 strategisen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johdon tulisi perehty\u00e4 organisaationsa mahdollisuuksiin integroida sosiaalinen media johtamisen v\u00e4lineeksi. Aihepiirin uutuusarvosta johtuen strategisen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johdon on sosiaalisen median k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoon liittyviss\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksiss\u00e4\u00e4n kuitenkin viel\u00e4 toistaiseksi huomioitava aihepiirist\u00e4 tehdyn tieteellisen ja erityisesti empiirisen tutkimuksen niukkuus.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "This Bachelor\u2019s Thesis focuses on social media and how to use it in the strategic human resource management. The study explains also which are the advantages and disadvantages that the managers will encounter while using social media in the organization\u2019s management. The study is especially useful for human resource managers who are planning to integrate social media into their work to improve the effectiveness of the organization. It will also give a new perspective for people who are interested in social media or the strategic human resource management. At first, the study is concerned with the strategic human resource management and the knowledge management. After that, social media and its use in the organization and in the strategic human resource management are explained. At the end, the study compiles the findings and writer\u2019s thoughts. The study was executed as a literature review based on scientific articles, conference papers, reports and books about the topic. The scientific findings support that the strategic human resource managers use social media for reorganizing and achieving organizational goals. The using of social media can increase the competitiveness and improve on the welfare of employees. Ignorance of the using of social media can deteriorate the welfare of employees and improve the risks for social media\u2019s misuse. The conclusion is that the strategic human resource managers should find out the opportunities to use social media as a tool for strategic human resource management. However, the topic is new and there is not enough theoretical and empirical research on it yet.
