Tutkittiin my\u00f6s toimiiko eettinen kuormittuneisuus v\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4 eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin yhteydess\u00e4, eli selitt\u00e4\u00e4k\u00f6 eettinen kuormittuneisuus eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin v\u00e4list\u00e4 yhteytt\u00e4. Eettisest\u00e4 kuromittuneisuudesta erotettiin tarkasteluun A-tyypin dilemma, joka kuvaa tilanteita joissa henkil\u00f6 ei tied\u00e4 mik\u00e4 olisi oikea tapa toimia ja B-tyypin dilemma, jolloin oikea toimintatapa on tiedossa, mutta sen mukaan toimiminen ei ole mahdollista. Analyysimenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin mediaattorimallia toteutettuna mplus7 -ohjelmistolla. K\u00e4ytetty aineisto on osa eettinen organisaatiokulttuuri ja henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n hyvinvointi \u2013hanketta ja t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa olivat mukana kyselyyn vastanneet opettajat (n = 279). Tutkituista opettajista 73 % oli naisia ja 27 % miehi\u00e4 ja suurimman ik\u00e4luokan muodostivat 46\u201350-vuotiaat.\nTulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 eettinen organisaatiokulttuuri on merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 tekij\u00e4 opettajien ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnissa. Eettisen kuormittuneisuuden suhteen havaittiin sen olevan yhteydess\u00e4 eettiseen organisaatiokulttuuriin sek\u00e4 osittain ty\u00f6uupumukseen. Eettinen kuormittuneisuus v\u00e4litti osittain eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin ja ty\u00f6uupumuksen v\u00e4list\u00e4 yhteytt\u00e4, mutta eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin ja ty\u00f6n imun v\u00e4lill\u00e4 v\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4vaikutusta ei l\u00f6ytynyt. N\u00e4in ollen osa eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin yhteydest\u00e4 selittyy opettajien ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n kohtaamien eettisesti haastavien tilanteiden aiheuttamalla kuormituksella.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus korostaa eettisen organisaationkulttuurin t\u00e4rkeytt\u00e4 hyv\u00e4n ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4.
