On my\u00f6s mahdollista, ett\u00e4 kaikissa organisaatioissa ei ole totuttu k\u00e4sittelem\u00e4\u00e4n vihaisia sidosryhmi\u00e4. \r\n Edell\u00e4 mainittuihin l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtiin nojaten t\u00e4m\u00e4n teoreettisen tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli havainnollistaa negatiivista sitoutumista ja samalla osoittaa, mist\u00e4 syist\u00e4 johtuen sidosryhm\u00e4t k\u00e4\u00e4ntyv\u00e4t organisaatiota vastaan muuttuen samalla hateholdereiksi. Tutkimus toteutettiin integroituna kirjallisuuskatsauksena ja siin\u00e4 pyrittiin yht\u00e4\u00e4lt\u00e4 tarkastelemaan mit\u00e4 edell\u00e4 mainituista aiheista t\u00e4h\u00e4n menness\u00e4 tiedet\u00e4\u00e4n ja toisaalta millaisia uusia n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia voidaan nostaa esille. Tutkimuksessa k\u00e4ytetty englanninkielinen aineisto oli julkaistu vuoden 2000 j\u00e4lkeen ja se oli saatavilla s\u00e4hk\u00f6isess\u00e4 muodossa.\r\n Vertaisarvioidusta, sidosryhm\u00e4vihaa k\u00e4sitelleest\u00e4 artikkelikirjallisuudesta (24 kpl) saatujen tulosten perusteella organisaatioon kohdistuvan vihan takana oli monia syit\u00e4, jotka nousivat esille sek\u00e4 online- ett\u00e4 offline-ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6iss\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi organisaation rooli sidosryhm\u00e4vihaan johtavien syiden takana vaihteli pienemm\u00e4st\u00e4 suurempaan. Organisaatiota kohtaan koettujen negatiivisten kokemusten ja itse negatiivisen sitoutumisen v\u00e4lill\u00e4 esille nousi erilaisia sidosryhmien tunnetilojen ja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen muotoja.\r\n Tutkimuksen perusteella voidaan tehd\u00e4 se johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6s, ett\u00e4 hateholdereilla on todellista valtaa online-keskusteluissa ja asiat levi\u00e4v\u00e4t k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 negatiivisina huhuina. Hateholdereiden negatiivinen sitoutuminen voi kasvattaa muidenkin online-k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien vihaa organisaatiota kohtaan ja negatiivisia asioita jaetaan n\u00e4in ollen julkisesti lis\u00e4\u00e4. Niin kutsutuilla trollaajilla on my\u00f6s vaikutuksensa negatiivisen sitoutumisen prosessiin, erityisesti esille nousseiden asioiden luotettavuuteen. Besides, negative engagement behavior has not been conceptualized as a phenomenon in the earlier studies. It is also possible that some organizations lack the ability to deal with stakeholder anger. \r\n In these circumstances, the aim of this thesis was to create a comprehensive model concerning the process of negative engagement online and visualize how stakeholders become hateholders. This qualitative, theoretical study was implemented as an integrated literature review and it explored what is already known on the topic and what new insights could be added. The literature included in this thesis was published after year 2000 and written in English. It was also available in electronic format. \r\n Findings of the 24 peer-reviewed articles on anger were associated with multiple organizational issues. The issues emerged both on- and offline and presumably led to stakeholder anger. The organization\u2019s role and level of involvement in the issues varied from non-existent to high. There were also many stakeholder behaviors occurring between the experienced issues and actual interactive, negative engagement behavior. \r\n The research shows that anger activates stakeholders to the negative engagement behavior. The negatively engaged stakeholders or hateholders have real power over public conversation by utilizing negative electronic word-of-mouth. Hateholders\u2019 negative engagement could be a potential issue among online users and spread to commonly shared anger towards organization. The trolls also influence the negative engagement process, especially its reliability. Conclusively, organizations must be able to monitor hateholders and issues discussed online.
