T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin er\u00e4\u00e4n kansainv\u00e4liseen konserniin kuulu-vaa nuorta tyt\u00e4ryhti\u00f6t\u00e4, joka toimii useassa maassa. Yrityksess\u00e4 on k\u00e4ynnistetty laaja muutosprojekti, jolla halutaan luoda yhten\u00e4inen kulttuuri ja toimintatavat. Muutoksen k\u00e4ynnist\u00e4misest\u00e4 on tutkimuk-sen tekohetkell\u00e4 aikaa runsas vuosi, ja suuri osa alaprojekteista on saatu p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6kseen. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, millainen on viestinn\u00e4n rooli kulttuurin muutoksessa ja miten organisaa-tiokulttuurin muutosprosessia voidaan parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla tukea ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6viestinn\u00e4ll\u00e4. Tutkimuskysymykset ovat seuraavat: 1. mill\u00e4 tavoin muutosprojektit ovat henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n mielest\u00e4 muut-taneet organisaation toimintatapoja ja sis\u00e4ist\u00e4 viestint\u00e4\u00e4 ja 2. miten henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n mielest\u00e4 sis\u00e4isell\u00e4 vies-tinn\u00e4ll\u00e4 voidaan tukea organisaatiokulttuurin syntymist\u00e4 tai muutosta. Tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin niin laadullista kuin m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llist\u00e4 menetelm\u00e4\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en. Tulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ovat havain-neet jonkin verran positiivista kehityst\u00e4 kuluneen vuoden aikana \u2013 joskaan ei kovin merkitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 muu-toksia viel\u00e4 \u2013 ja heid\u00e4n mukaansa my\u00f6s sis\u00e4inen viestint\u00e4 on hieman parantunut. Sis\u00e4inen viestint\u00e4 on kuitenkin ollut varsin yksisuuntaista, ja muutosten ankkurointia varten tarvitaan vahvempaa tukea esimiehilt\u00e4 ja keskustelua aiheista. Henkil\u00f6st\u00f6 toivoi my\u00f6s parannuksia it-j\u00e4rjestelmiin, parempaa tiedonvaihtoa osastojen ja maiden v\u00e4lill\u00e4 ja viestint\u00e4koulutusta esimiehille.
