Pro Gradu -tutkielman\r\ntutkimuskysymyksi\u00e4 ovat 1) Mitk\u00e4 ovat tapaturmien ehk\u00e4isyyn liittyv\u00e4t\r\nhaasteet t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 hankealueilla 2) Mit\u00e4 asioita hanke on saavuttanut t\u00e4h\u00e4n\r\nmenness\u00e4 sek\u00e4 3) Mit\u00e4 asioita hankkeessa tulisi viel\u00e4 tehd\u00e4 tai kehitt\u00e4\u00e4, jotta hanke\r\nolisi onnistunut. Tutkimus suoritettiin kvalitatiivisena tutkimuksena aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isell\u00e4\r\nsis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi- menetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4. Tutkimusaineistona k\u00e4ytettiin 13\r\nasiantuntijahaastattelua, jotka olivat osa Ehk\u00e4ise Tapaturmat- hanketta.\r\nTulosten mukaan tapaturmien ehk\u00e4isyn haasteita ovat mm. asenteet, eri\r\ntoimijatahojen motivointi, resurssien v\u00e4hyys sek\u00e4 valistusty\u00f6n organisointi. Ehk\u00e4ise\r\nTapaturmat- hankkeen saavutuksia ovat mm. tiet\u00e4myksen lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyminen,\r\ntapahtumat, yhteisty\u00f6 sek\u00e4 kohderyhmien saavuttaminen. Kehitt\u00e4miskohteita\r\nhankkeessa olivat mm. kokousk\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6t, tiedotus, toimijoiden motivointi ja resurssit.\r\nHankkeelta toivottiin konkreettisia ja pitk\u00e4n aikav\u00e4lin tuloksia, jatkuvuutta,\r\nosallistamista ja asennemuutosta.\r\nTuloksista k\u00e4vi ilmi, ett\u00e4 hankkeelle asetettuja tavoitteita on osittain saavutettu mm.\r\nyhteisty\u00f6n ja tapahtumien osalta. Tavoitteiden saavuttaminen vaatii kuitenkin viel\u00e4\r\nty\u00f6t\u00e4 mm. hankkeen sis\u00e4isen toiminnan sek\u00e4 toimijoiden motivoinnin osalta.\r\nHankkeen ollessa n\u00e4in alkuvaiheessa saavutuksia ei viel\u00e4 kaikilta osin pysty\r\narvioimaan. Asiantuntijat toivoivat hankkeelta ennen kaikkea konkreettisia tuloksia ja\r\nhanketoiminnan uudelleen organisointia. Se vaatii systemaattista ty\u00f6t\u00e4, mahdollisesti\r\nlis\u00e4resursseja sek\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6n yll\u00e4pit\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja lis\u00e4\u00e4mist\u00e4. Nykytilanteen haasteet\r\ntapaturmien ehk\u00e4isyss\u00e4 vaikeuttavat tavoitteiden saavuttamista ja toimenpiteiden\r\nsuunnittelua ja toteuttamista. Terveyden edist\u00e4misty\u00f6ss\u00e4 toimenpiteet tulee aina\r\nsuunnitella pitk\u00e4lle aikav\u00e4lille, sill\u00e4 uuden tiedon omaksuminen ja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen\r\nmuutos tapahtuvat hitaasti. Suunnitteluprosessissa tulee my\u00f6s osata ennakoida\r\ntulevia tai tapahtumassa olevia muutoksia esimerkiksi alkoholin k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4,\r\ntapaturmien ilmaantuvuudessa sek\u00e4 tapaturmatyypeiss\u00e4.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The purpose of this study is to find out experts\u00b4 perceptions of an accident prevention\r\nproject called Ehk\u00e4ise Tapaturmat and generally about accident prevention work.\r\nThe study questions are 1) What are the current challenges in accident prevention in\r\nthe focus areas? 2) What has the project accomplished thus far? and 3) What should\r\nbe done or improved to make the project succeed. The material has been analyzed\r\nusing qualitative content analysis. The study material consists of 13 expert interviews\r\nwhich were part of the Ehk\u00e4ise Tapaturmat- project.\r\nAccording to the results, some of the challenges of accident prevention are attitudes,\r\nmotivating the operators, lack of resources and organizing educational work. The\r\nachievements of the Ehk\u00e4ise Tapaturmat- project were increased knowledge, events,\r\nco-operation and reaching target groups. According to the results, the project should\r\nimprove meeting policies, reporting, the motivation of the operators and resources.\r\nThe project was expected to accomplish both concrete and long-term results,\r\ncontinuation and changes in attitudes.\r\nStudy results showed that the project has achieved its goals partly (i.e. in form of\r\nevents and co-operation). The project should improve its internal function and\r\nmotivate operators more. Because the project is at its early stages, it is difficult to\r\nevaluate all its accomplishments. Experts hoped that the project could achieve\r\nconcrete results and a reorganization of the project. These operations take a lot of\r\nsystematic work, possibly extra resources and require maintained and increased cooperation.\r\nThe challenges in accident prevention in this stage cause more challenges\r\nfor the project, its goals and the planning of actions. It is important to do long-term\r\noperation planning in health promotion, because absorbing new information is slow\r\nand behavior changes require a lot of time.
