Tutkimme, millaista vuorovaikutusta jatkosuunnitelmien yhteydess\u00e4\nesiintyy. Erityisen\u00e4 kiinnostuksen kohteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, onko vuorovaikutus asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6ist\u00e4 ja\nmiten se ilmenee.\nTutkimusaineisto koostui kuudesta psykologisesta palautekeskustelutaltioinnista sek\u00e4 niihin\nliittyvist\u00e4 asiakkaiden ja psykologien arviointilomakkeista. Tallenteiden litteraatiot analysointiin\nk\u00e4ytt\u00e4en tulkitsevaa diskurssianalyysi\u00e4. Tutkimus on osa Psykologisten tutkimusten\npalautekeskustelujen vuorovaikutus -tutkimusprojektia, jonka tavoitteena on ker\u00e4t\u00e4 perustietoa\npsykologisista palautekeskusteluista.\nTutkimuksen mukaan asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isyys ei aina toteudu psykologisissa palautekeskusteluissa.\nAineistossa jatkosuunnitelmien muodostaminen tapahtui seuraavissa vuorovaikutuskategorioissa:\nkeskustelu, neuvottelu, yksipuolinen vuorovaikutus, motivointi ja suostuttelu. Asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isyys\ntoteutui parhaiten neuvottelussa, motivoinnissa ja keskustelussa. N\u00e4iden kategorioiden\nyhteydess\u00e4 psykologit k\u00e4yttiv\u00e4t monipuolisesti erilaisia keinoja asiakkaan osallistumisen\nedesauttamiseksi. Yksipuolisessa vuorovaikutuksessa ja suostuttelussa asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isyys ei\ntoteutunut. Yksipuolisessa vuorovaikutuksessa psykologi mukautui asiakkaan passiivisuuteen\nv\u00e4hent\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 eri vuorovaikutuskeinojen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4. Suostuttelussa asiakas ei tullut kuulluksi, mik\u00e4\nvaaransi palautteen hy\u00f6dyllisyyden ja tarkoituksen. Suostuttelu oli kategorioista ainoa, jossa\njatkosuunnitelmasta p\u00e4\u00e4dyttiin erimielisyyteen. Ensimm\u00e4inen tutkimushypoteesi, mit\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n\nasiakas osallistuu jatkosuunnitelman muodostamiseen, sit\u00e4 hy\u00f6dyllisemm\u00e4ksi h\u00e4n kokee\npalautekeskustelun, sai osittain tukea. Enemmist\u00f6 asiakkaista koki palautekeskustelun\nhy\u00f6dylliseksi oman el\u00e4m\u00e4n kannalta. Asiakkaan aktiivinen osallistuminen ei yksin\u00e4\u00e4n selitt\u00e4nyt\nkoettua hy\u00f6dyllisyytt\u00e4. Toinen hypoteesi, psykologin vuorovaikutuskeinot asiakkaan\nosallistamiseksi edist\u00e4v\u00e4t asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isyytt\u00e4, sai tukea.\nPalautekeskusteluista kaivataan jatkotutkimusta, jotta niit\u00e4 olisi mahdollista kehitt\u00e4\u00e4\nenemm\u00e4n asiakasta huomioivaan suuntaan. We studied what type of interaction arises in the follow-up plans. The\nparticulate interest was to discover if the interaction is client-oriented and how it appears.\nResearch material of this study consisted of six recorded psychological feedback sessions and\nrelated assessment forms for clients and psychologists. Transcriptions of recordings were\nanalyzed with interpretive discourse analysis. This study is part of a project called Interaction of\nPsychological Assessments in Feedback Sessions, which aims to collect basic information of\npsychological feedback sessions.\nAccording to this study client-orientation does not always occur in the psychological\nfeedback sessions. The follow-up plans were constructed with subsequent interaction categories:\nconversation, negotiation, unilateral interaction, motivation and persuasion. The clientorientation\nsucceeded in negotiation, motivation and conversation. Psychologists\u2019 interaction\ntechniques to contribute clients\u2019 participation were the most diversed in these interaction\ncategories. The client-orientation did not succeed in categories of unilateral interaction and\npersuasion. In unilateral interaction a psychologist adapted to passive behavior of a client by\nreducing use of the interaction techniques. In persuasion a client did not become heard, which\njeopardized utility and significance of a feedback session. Persuasion was the only category in\nwhich a client and a psychologist ended up disagreeing with a follow-up plan. The first\nhypothesis was the more a client participates in construction of a follow-up plan, the more he or\nshe benefits of a feedback session. The hypothesis was partly supported. Majority of the clients\nfelt the feedback useful for their own lives. The active participation of a client did not explain\nsolely the experience of the utility. The second hypothesis was that the psychologist\u2019s interaction\ntechniques for client\u2019s participation contribute client-orientation. The hypothesis was supported.\nFurther study of psychological feedback sessions is required to improve sessions more clientoriented\ndirection.
