Tutkimusteht\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 mit\u00e4 vaikutuksia yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksella on opetusty\u00f6h\u00f6n ja mill\u00e4 tavalla yritt\u00e4jyys n\u00e4kyy opettajuudessa. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan yritt\u00e4jyyskas-vatusta lukiokontekstissa, jossa tapaustutkimuksena on hankkeessa toimivat opettajat. Y-love on jatko-hanke yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksen ja yritt\u00e4jyyslukioverkoston kehitt\u00e4miseen, jossa 23 lukiota pyrkii yhdess\u00e4 tuomaan esiin parhaita k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4 ja malleja yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksesta lukiokontekstissa. Tutkimuksessa k\u00e4yd\u00e4\u00e4n l\u00e4pi hanketta yritt\u00e4jyytt\u00e4 tukevan teorian avulla. Tarkoituksena ei ole testata teoriaa k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n avulla, vaan teorialla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n tukemaan toimintaa. Hankkeen kehittymist\u00e4 on verrattu Shanen (2003) yritt\u00e4j\u00e4m\u00e4iseen prosessiin, jossa hankkeen eri vaiheita on kuvattu teorian valossa. \r\n Yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatukseen voidaan liitt\u00e4\u00e4 luontevasti sis\u00e4inen yritt\u00e4jyys, joka kuvastaa yritteli\u00e4st\u00e4 toimijaa organisaation sis\u00e4ll\u00e4. Sis\u00e4isen\u00e4 yritt\u00e4jin\u00e4 voi toimia niin opettajat kuin oppilaat. Yritt\u00e4jyyskasva-tus ei ole pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n yksi opetettava aine, vaan sit\u00e4 voidaan toteuttaa jokaisessa oppiaineessa erilaisten opetusmetodien avulla. Opettajien pit\u00e4isi luopua entisist\u00e4 opetusperinteist\u00e4\u00e4n ja antaa opiskelijoille itsel-leen vastuuta oppimisesta. Toteutetuissa haastatteluissa esille tuli opettajien kontrollin tarve sek\u00e4 ep\u00e4tie-toisuuden sietokyky, jotka asettavat rajoja yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksen toteuttamiselle. Opettajien keskeinen rooli yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksen toteuttajina haastaa opettajan oman pedagogiikan sek\u00e4 ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6n, jossa he toimivat. Ongelmana koetaan my\u00f6s yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksen m\u00e4\u00e4ritelm\u00e4, joka ei ole selke\u00e4. Se n\u00e4kyy toteu-tuksen vaihtelevuutena lukioittain.\r\nY-love on tuottanut paljon k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n tietoa erilaisista tavoista toteuttaa yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatusta. Opet-tajien k\u00e4sityksiin yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatuksesta ovat vaikuttaneet oppilaat sek\u00e4 verkostot, joiden kanssa yhdess\u00e4 hanketta on kehitetty. Yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatus on lis\u00e4nnyt koulujen aktiivisuutta ja yhteis\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4, mik\u00e4 n\u00e4kyy koulujen sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 toimintana sek\u00e4 uusien verkostojen syntymisen\u00e4. Opetukseen k\u00e4ytett\u00e4v\u00e4 aika luo ehtoja lukioiden kiireelliseen aikatauluun. Lyhyess\u00e4 ajassa pit\u00e4isi oppia uutta ja uusien k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen kehitt\u00e4minen vie aikaa. Lukiot ovat jakautuneet my\u00f6s eri aineisiin ja niiden ei n\u00e4hd\u00e4 olevan yhteydess\u00e4 toisiinsa. Opettajilta vaaditaan uuden oppimista ja oman pedagogiikan kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 yritt\u00e4j\u00e4m\u00e4iseen suuntaan. \r\nJotta opettajat kykenev\u00e4t toteuttamaan yritt\u00e4jyyskasvatusta, heid\u00e4n tulee l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 yritt\u00e4j\u00e4m\u00e4inen tapa toimia omassa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n. Assignment of this work is to find out what impacts education of entrepreneurship has and how does it shows in teacher\u2019s daily work. Context of the research is high school by using case study of the teachers who are involved to this project. Y-love is continuation project for developing education of entrepreneurship and it\u2019s network where 23 different high schools\u2019 are trying to bring out best practical and model\u00b4s of educating entrepreneurship in high school context. In this re-search entrepreneurship is trying to explain via theory. Purpose was not to test theories but trying to sup-port project with theory. Developing the project has been compared to Shanes (2003) entrepreneurial processes, which describe different stages of observe entrepreneurial opportunities.\r\nIt is naturally to connect intrapreneurship to education of entrepreneurship, which reflect enterpris-ing player inside the organisation. Teachers and students can act like intrapreneurship. Educating entre-preneurship is not just one subject that you have to teach in schools. It is possible to put in the action in every teaching subject by using different teaching methods. Teachers have to abandon old traditions of teaching and give the responsible to students for learning. Interviews that have been made for this re-search tells that teachers have a need for control and they don\u2019t tolerate uncertainty, which is causing lim-its for implementing entrepreneurship education. Teachers are in key role in education of entrepreneur-ship and they should challenge their own pedagogy and environment where they are acting. Problem is also definition. Education of entrepreneurship is not clear and every high school has they own way of action.\r\nY-love has generated lots of practical knowledge of implementing education of entrepreneurship. Teacher\u2019s attitudes in educating entrepreneurship have influence students and networks. Together these three has developed this project. Educating entrepreneurship has affect activities and builds community in schools. This shows different kind of activities inside the schools and more growing networks. Instead time that teachers has for teaching is limited and this is making busy schedule. In short time should learn new but developing new practices takes time. High school is spread also in different teaching subjects and there isn\u2019t anything that will connect them together. Teachers are forced to learn new and develop their pedagogy towards an entrepreneurship.\r\nTeachers should find entrepreneurial way to work so that they could effect in education of entre-preneurship.
