Tutkimusaineisto\nker\u00e4ttiin oppilaitoksen seitsem\u00e4n johtajan yksil\u00f6- ja viiden opettajan ryhm\u00e4haastatteluilla.\nHaastattelu oli puolistrukturoitu.\nAineiston teema- ja temaattinen verkostoanalyysi tuotti kymmenen p\u00e4\u00e4teemaa, jotka\nvastasivat nelj\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimuskysymykseen. Ennakoivaa verkostoista oppimista johtavan\nrosessin p\u00e4\u00e4vaiheet sis\u00e4lsiv\u00e4t viisi ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 teemaa: osallistumista edelt\u00e4v\u00e4 vaihe,\nvarsinainen osallistumisvaihe, osallistumisen j\u00e4lkeinen vaihe, organisaation tulkinnan ja\ntoiminnan sek\u00e4 rakentavan palautteen vaihe. N\u00e4m\u00e4 on kuvattu taulukossa ja muunnettu my\u00f6s\nviisivaiheiseksi joustavasti toistuvaksi malliksi. N\u00e4it\u00e4 viitt\u00e4 vaihetta edist\u00e4\u00e4 kuudes teema,\nvalmistautuminen toimintaan informaation tulkinnan pohjalta, sek\u00e4 seitsem\u00e4s teema,\nmuutosta edist\u00e4v\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuuri- ja ilmasto. Em. seitsem\u00e4n teeman tuottama holistinen\noppiminen on tulos ennakoivan verkostoista oppimisen johtamisprosessista. N\u00e4ist\u00e4 seuraa\nkahdeksas teema: muutoksen ennakointi vs. muutokseen reagointi sek\u00e4 lis\u00e4etuja ulkoisesta\nverkostoitumisesta (yhdeks\u00e4s teema). Semi-structured interviews were used to\ncollect data from seven leaders and a focus group of five teachers of the college.\nThematic analysis and thematic network analysis of data led to the discovery of ten principal\nthemes which altogether answered all the four research questions and addressed the subject\nmatter. The main stages of the management process of anticipatory networked learning in this\ncollege comprised the first five themes: the pre-involvement stage, the actual involvement\nstage, the post-involvement stage, organizational interpretation and action stage, and the\nconstructive feedback stage. These have been depicted by a table and also translated into a\nfive-stage flexible iterative model facilitated by the sixth theme: preparing to act on\ninterpretation of information, and the seventh theme: organizational climate conducive to\nchange. These first seven themes together produce holistic learning as the result of the\nmanagement process of anticipatory networked learning which embraced the eighth theme:\nanticipating change versus reacting to change, the ninth theme: additional gains from external\nnetworking activities, the tenth theme: requirements of future leaders for the college, and the\nintelligence gathered at the actual involvement stage.\nData revealed that the organization was not sufficiently anticipatory in the past but has now\nimproved tremendously.
