Lis\u00e4ksi tutkittiin\r\nluottamuksen ja esimies-alaissuhteen laadun vaikutusta alaisten kokemaan ty\u00f6n imuun.\r\nTutkimus perustuu vuonna 2011\u20132012 toteutettuun kyselytutkimukseen, joka ker\u00e4ttiin\r\nosana Uudistava johtaminen -hanketta. Kyselyyn vastasi 163 alaista, joista l\u00e4hes kolme\r\nnelj\u00e4sosaa oli miehi\u00e4. Vastaajien keski-ik\u00e4 oli 36 vuotta (vaihteluv\u00e4li 19\u201356 vuotta), ja he\r\nty\u00f6skenteliv\u00e4t palveluiden, informaatioteknologian ja teollisuuden alan yrityksiss\u00e4. Tulokset\r\nosoittivat, ett\u00e4 alaiset arvioivat organisaatioluottamuksen tason ja esimiesalaissuhteen\r\nlaadun hieman keskitasoa paremmaksi. Tietoperustainen luottamus arvioitiin\r\nkorkeammaksi kuin tunneperustainen luottamus. Ty\u00f6n imua alaiset arvioivat tuntevansa\r\nhiukan useammin kuin kerran viikossa. Ty\u00f6n imun osatekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 tarmokkuuden\r\nhavaittiin olevan v\u00e4h\u00e4isemp\u00e4\u00e4 nuoremmilla ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ill\u00e4. Ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 koettu tarmokkuus ja\r\nty\u00f6lle omistautuminen olivat selv\u00e4sti v\u00e4h\u00e4isemp\u00e4\u00e4 it-alalla ty\u00f6skentelevill\u00e4 kuin palvelu-\r\nja teollisuusaloilla ty\u00f6skentelevill\u00e4 alaisilla. Tutkimuksen perusteella todettiin, ett\u00e4\r\ntunneperustaisen luottamuksen ja esimies-alaissuhteen laatu ovat yhteydess\u00e4 ty\u00f6n\r\nimuun. Mit\u00e4 korkeammaksi alaiset arvioivat luottamuksen ja esimies-alaissuhteen laadun,\r\nsit\u00e4 useammin he kokivat ty\u00f6n imua. Ty\u00f6tovereiden sosiaalisella tuella n\u00e4ytti olevan\r\nenemm\u00e4n vaikutusta ty\u00f6n imuun kuin ty\u00f6tovereiden ammattitaidolla ja p\u00e4tevyydell\u00e4\r\ntai esimiehen tuella ja luottamuksella. Johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksin\u00e4 tutkimustuloksista voidaan\r\ntodeta, ett\u00e4 tutkituissa organisaatioissa on syyt\u00e4 kiinnitt\u00e4\u00e4 huomiota luottamuksen ja\r\nesimies-alaissuhteiden laatuun.
