Valta on\r\nolennainen osa kaikkea sosiaalista kanssak\u00e4ymist\u00e4 ja n\u00e4in on luokkaymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4, jossa valtasuhteet\r\novat melko ilmeisi\u00e4 ja voimakkaita. T\u00e4m\u00e4n valtasuhteen ja sen ilmenemismuotojen tutkiminen on\r\naiheellista, koska se kuuluu osana opettajan ammattitaitoon. Yksi syy t\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tekemiseen\r\nonkin juuri auttaa tulevia opettajia t\u00e4m\u00e4n monisyisen ja vaikean aiheen kanssa, sill\u00e4 on mahdollista\r\nett\u00e4 on olemassa eroja siin\u00e4, mink\u00e4laista valtaa opettajat sanovat k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4ns\u00e4 luokassa ja mit\u00e4 he\r\ntodellisuudessa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4t.\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman p\u00e4\u00e4metodina olivat opetusharjoittelijoiden haastattelut ja heid\u00e4n tuntiensa\r\nseuraaminen, sek\u00e4 n\u00e4iden kahden materiaalin vertailu kesken\u00e4\u00e4n. Materiaali tutkimukseen ker\u00e4ttiin\r\nsyksyll\u00e4 2009 Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n Normaalikoulussa jossa my\u00f6s haastattelut suoritettiin\r\nopetusharjoittelijoiden konferenssitilassa. Valitsin tutkielman kohteeksi harjoittelijat, koska heid\u00e4n\r\nk\u00e4ytt\u00e4mi\u00e4 mahdollisia eri yleisi\u00e4 strategioita oli useita. Joko heid\u00e4n valtastrategiansa ovat\r\nmonimuotoisia ja harjoittelija todenn\u00e4k\u00f6isemmin kokeilee useamman laisia keinoja koska h\u00e4nen\r\ntoimintatapansa eiv\u00e4t ole viel\u00e4 vakiintuneet, tai sitten h\u00e4n keskittyy vain yhden toimintatavan\r\nt\u00e4yteen hallintaan aluksi. T\u00e4m\u00e4 johtui osittain my\u00f6s siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 itsekin opetusharjoittelijana tuntien\r\nseuraaminen ja haastatteluaikojen sopiminen toisten harjoittelijoiden kanssa oli helpompaa kuin\r\nulkopuolisena.\r\nTutkimuksen p\u00e4\u00e4llimm\u00e4inen l\u00f6yt\u00f6 oli se, ett\u00e4 opetusharjoittelijoilla oli jo k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 suuri m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 eri\r\nmetodeja luokan hallintaan. Sen lis\u00e4ksi he olivat tietoisia muistakin metodeista, joita he itse eiv\u00e4t\r\nuskoneet viel\u00e4 pystyv\u00e4ns\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n.
