T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 millaisia mahdollisia ty\u00f6kriittisyyden, ty\u00f6holismin, ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyyden ja psykologisen joustavuuden kokemusten perusteella muodostuvia alaryhmi\u00e4 eli ty\u00f6kriittisyyden erilaisia ilmentymi\u00e4 suomalaisessa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4otoksessa esiintyy. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimme, miten n\u00e4m\u00e4 ilmentym\u00e4t ovat yhteydess\u00e4 yksil\u00f6lliseen hyvinvointiin, jota tarkastelimme yleisen el\u00e4m\u00e4n hyvinvoinnin, ty\u00f6n ja muun el\u00e4m\u00e4n tasapainon, ty\u00f6n imun sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6uupumuksen kokemusten muodossa. \nAineistomme on per\u00e4isin MEANWELL-tutkimushankkeessa toteutetusta seurantakyselyst\u00e4 (N = 1234), joka sis\u00e4lsi vastaajia usealta eri toimialalta. Havaitsimme K-keskiarvojen klusterianalyyseja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en t\u00e4ss\u00e4 aineistossa esiintyv\u00e4n kuusi erilaista kokemusryhm\u00e4\u00e4: ty\u00f6kriittiset (16.2 %), ty\u00f6kriittiset ty\u00f6holistit (18.7 %), merkityksellisyytt\u00e4 kokevat ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 joustavat (20.9 %), merkityksellisyytt\u00e4 kokevat joustavat ty\u00f6holistit (15.6 %), matalaa merkityksellisyytt\u00e4 kokevat ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 joustamattomat (12.2 %) sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 joustamattomat (16.4 %). \nMonimuuttujaista kovarianssianalyysia hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en havaitsimme, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6kriittisyys oli yhteydess\u00e4 korkeampaan yksil\u00f6lliseen hyvinvointiin silloin, kun se yhdistyi vahvaan psykologiseen joustavuuteen ja alhaiseen ty\u00f6holismiin. Silloin kun ty\u00f6kriittisyys esiintyi yhdess\u00e4 matalan psykologisen joustavuuden sek\u00e4 joko korkean ty\u00f6holismin tai matalan ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyyden kokemusten kanssa, oli yksil\u00f6llinen hyvinvointi puolestaan heikompaa. Koko tutkimuksemme tulosten pohjalta esit\u00e4mme, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6kriittisyydess\u00e4 on mahdollisesti kolme erilaista kokemuksellista ulottuvuutta: kriittisyys ty\u00f6n merkityksett\u00f6myytt\u00e4 kohtaan, kriittisyys ty\u00f6n taakkaa kohtaan ja ty\u00f6kriittisyys voimavarana.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "Anti-work orientation is a phenomenon that has been studied relatively little in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, especially in Finland. The aim of our study was to examine how experiences of anti-work orientation, workaholism, meaningful work and psychological flexibility form experiential groups, or different expressions of anti-work orientation, among Finnish employees. In addition, we examined how these expressions of anti-work orientation relate to experiences of individual well-being in the forms of overall life well-being, work-life balance, work engagement and burnout. \nOur study is based on an e-survey data acquired from the MEANWELL research project, which included respondents from several industries (N = 1234). Using K-means cluster analyses, we observed six different experiential groups: anti-work oriented (16.2%), anti-work oriented workaholics (18.7%), flexible workers with meaningful work (20.9%), flexible workaholics with meaningful work (15.6%), non-flexible workers with meaningless work (12.2%) and non-flexible workers (16.4%). \nUtilizing a multivariate analysis of covariance, we observed that anti-work orientation was related to high personal well-being when paired with high psychological flexibility and low workaholism. When anti-work orientation was paired with low psychological flexibility and either high workaholism or meaningless work, low well-being occurred.
