T\u00e4m\u00e4n kartoittavan kirjallisuuskatsauksen tarkoituksena\noli kartoittaa ja koota yhteen aiheesta tehty\u00e4 tutkimusta sek\u00e4 lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 siit\u00e4, millaisena\nkliininen opetus t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 ilmenee fysioterapian perustutkintokoulutuksen kontekstissa.\nKatsauksen avulla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s tunnistamaan, miten ja millaisin menetelmin fysioterapian\nkliinist\u00e4 opetusta on tutkittu, ja mink\u00e4laisia tutkimus- ja kehitt\u00e4mistarpeita aiheen osalta voidaan tunnistaa.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 kartoittava kirjallisuuskatsaus on toteutettu noudattaen JBI:n metodologista ohjeistusta.\nTutkimuskysymyksen muodostamisessa ja aineiston valinnassa on hy\u00f6dynnetty PCC-asetelmaa (Population \u2013 Concept \u2013 Context). Mukaanotto- ja poissulkukriteerit m\u00e4\u00e4riteltiin etuk\u00e4teen\nohjaamaan systemaattista tiedonhakua. Katsaus keskittyy fysioterapian perustutkintokoulutukseen Suomessa ja kansainv\u00e4lisesti, mukaan lukien tohtorintutkintoon johtava fysioterapeuttikoulutus (DPT) Yhdysvalloissa. Tiedonhaku suoritettiin Medline Ovid, ERIC, CINAHL ja\nEducation database -tietokantoihin.\nT\u00e4h\u00e4n kartoittavaan kirjallisuuskatsaukseen sis\u00e4llytettiin 20 tutkimusta, jotka olivat relevantteja asetettujen tutkimuskysymysten n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Fysioterapian opetuksen tutkimus kliinisess\u00e4 kontekstissa n\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyi menetelm\u00e4llisesti monimuotoisena, erilaisten kyselyiden ja haastatteluiden ollessa yleisimmin k\u00e4ytettyj\u00e4 aineiston muodostamisen menetelmi\u00e4. Fysioterapian\nkliininen opetus ilmeni tutkimuksissa ammatillisen kasvun ja osaamisen edist\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4, sek\u00e4 teorian ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n yhdist\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4. Kliinisess\u00e4 kontekstissa tapahtuvassa fysioterapian opetuksessa\nkorostuivat monimuotoiset oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6t sek\u00e4 kliinisen opetuksen toimintamallit, jotka\nnousivat esiin tutkimuksessa my\u00f6s keskeisin\u00e4 kehitt\u00e4misen kohteina. Jatkossa tarvitaan lis\u00e4\u00e4\ntutkimusta sek\u00e4 akateemisessa ett\u00e4 kliinisess\u00e4 kontekstissa tapahtuvista oppimisprosesseista ja\npedagogisista menetelmist\u00e4. Lis\u00e4tutkimuksen tarpeissa korostuu erityisesti vaikuttavuusn\u00e4k\u00f6kulma, mutta tietoa tarvitaan lis\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s eri osapuolten kliiniseen opetukseen liittyvist\u00e4 kokemuksista ja k\u00e4sityksist\u00e4.\nKliininen opetus n\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyi keskeisen\u00e4 opiskelijoiden ammatillisen kasvun sek\u00e4 monipuolisen\nosaamisen tukemisessa fysioterapian perustutkintokoulutuksessa. Fysioterapian kliinist\u00e4 opetusta on tutkittu monipuolisesti, mutta yhten\u00e4isi\u00e4 parhaiden k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteiden malleja ei ole muodostunut. Through clinical teaching, students apply the theoretical\nknowledge they have acquired to practice in authentic work-based environments and client encounters in physiotherapy. The purpose of this scoping review was to identify and gather research on this topic and to increase understanding of how clinical teaching currently occurs in\nthe context of undergraduate physiotherapy education. The review also aims to identify how\nand by what methods clinical teaching in physiotherapy has been studied and what research and\ndevelopment needs can be identified.\nThis scoping review follows the JBI methodological guidelines. The PCC (Population - Concept - Context) framework has been used to formulate the research question and select the data.\nInclusion and exclusion criteria were defined in advance to guide the systematic data search.\nThe review focuses on undergraduate physiotherapy education in Finland and internationally,\nincluding doctoral physiotherapy training (DPT) in the USA. A systematic data search was\ncarried out in Medline Ovid, ERIC, CINAHL and Education database.\nThis scoping review included 20 studies that were relevant to the research questions. Research\non physiotherapy education in a clinical context appeared to be methodologically diverse, with\nsurveys and interviews being the most commonly used methods of data collection. Physiotherapy teaching in the clinical context was identified as a tool for professional growth and competence, and as a means of integrating theory and practice. In teaching in a clinical context, diverse\nlearning environments and clinical teaching approaches were highlighted as key areas for development. More research is needed in the future on learning processes and pedagogical methods in both academic and clinical contexts. The need for further research is particularly focused\non the effectiveness aspect, but more information is also needed on the experiences and perceptions of the different stakeholders in clinical education.\nClinical teaching was considered to be central to the development of students' professional\ngrowth and competence in undergraduate physiotherapy education. There has been much research on clinical teaching in physiotherapy, but no consistent models of best practice have\nbeen found.
