Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten esihenkil\u00f6t jal-kauttavat inklusiivisen johtajuuden ajatuksia organisaatioon k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ss\u00e4. Tutkimus syvent\u00e4\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 inklusiivisen johtajuuden k\u00e4sitteellist\u00e4mises-t\u00e4 sek\u00e4 sen yhteydest\u00e4 johtajuuden toteutukseen.\n\nTutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena haastattelututkimuksena, jossa aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin 9 asiantuntijaorganisaatiossa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4n esihenkil\u00f6n kokemuk-sista. Aineisto analysointiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysia k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4. Inklusiivinen joh-tajuus koettiin osaksi yhdenvertaista ja tasa-arvoista johtajuutta. Esihenkil\u00f6-ty\u00f6 n\u00e4htiin t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 osana organisaation asettamien linjausten k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6not-toa. Esihenkil\u00f6iden jalkauttamisessa korostui k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6t, joilla saadaan luotua turvallista ja avointa ilmapiiri\u00e4. Tulosten mukaan organisaation antama merkitys inklusiivisuudelle l\u00e4hinn\u00e4 tukee inklusiivista k\u00e4sitteellist\u00e4mist\u00e4, mutta k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n tasolla organisaation rooli pienenee esihenkil\u00f6n ty\u00f6ss\u00e4. Inklusiivinen johtajuus n\u00e4htiin osana p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4ist\u00e4 toimintaa ja yksinkertaisia k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4, kuten saatavilla olemista ja jokaisen huomioimista p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksente-ossa.\n\nTutkimus tuo esiin, ett\u00e4 organisaatioiden antama tuki inklusiivisessa johta-juudessa ei v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 ole linjassa esihenkil\u00f6iden toiminnan kanssa. Esihen-kil\u00f6iden tekem\u00e4 p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4inen ty\u00f6 inklusiivisuuden eteen on merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 ja koostuu monesta pienest\u00e4 asiasta, jota ei k\u00e4sitteellist\u00e4misen yhteydess\u00e4 osat-tu edes avata.
