Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n tunnistamaan tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, jotka saavat Z-sukupolven edustajat sitoutumaan ty\u00f6nantajaansa. Tutkimuksen empiirinen osuus toteutettiin haastattelemalla kahdeksaa Z-sukupolveen kuuluvaa finanssialan nuorta asiantuntijaa, joista kukin on ty\u00f6skennellyt kohdeorganisaation palveluksessa vasta maksimissaan kahden vuoden ajan. Tutkimus toteutettiin puolistrukturoituina teemahaastatteluina ja aineisto analysoitiin teoriaohjaavan sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin keinoin. \nTutkimustulokset osoittavat Z-sukupolven olevan hyvin kunnianhimoinen ja tavoitteellinen sukupolvi, jolle etenemismahdollisuudet sek\u00e4 kilpailukykyinen palkka ovat keskeisimpi\u00e4 ty\u00f6uran suuntaa ohjaavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4. N\u00e4iden ohella Z-sukupolven voidaan tunnistaa arvostavan ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyytt\u00e4, kannustavaa ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6\u00e4 sek\u00e4 ihmisl\u00e4heist\u00e4 ja suoraan palautteeseen perustuvaa esihenkil\u00f6suhdetta.
