Ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutuminen voi tuottaa merkityksellisyyden ja onnistumisen\nkokemuksia ty\u00f6ss\u00e4, mutta liiallisena se voi aiheuttaa haasteita yksil\u00f6n hyvinvoinnille sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6n\nja muun el\u00e4m\u00e4n yhteensovittamiselle. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutumista tarkasteltiin\nty\u00f6motivaation, organisaatioon samaistumisen ja ty\u00f6n keskeisyyden kuvaajien avulla.\nHenkil\u00f6keskeisen tutkimusotteen avulla selvitettiin, millaiset ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutumisen muodot\nliittyv\u00e4t ty\u00f6riippuvuuden riskitekij\u00f6ihin ja mitk\u00e4 puolestaan ty\u00f6n imua edist\u00e4viin tekij\u00f6ihin.\nTutkimus toteutettiin osana kansainv\u00e4list\u00e4 ty\u00f6riippuvuustutkimusta. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin vuonna\n2023 kyselylomakkeella ja koostui suomalaisista ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 (n = 1,499).\nProfiilien muodostamiseen k\u00e4ytettiin k-keskiarvojen klusterianalyysia, ja ryhmien\nv\u00e4lisi\u00e4 eroja tarkasteltiin yksisuuntaisella varianssianalyysilla. Profiilien eroja\nty\u00f6riippuvuudessa ja ty\u00f6n imussa tutkittiin kovarianssianalyysilla. Aineistosta l\u00f6ydettiin viisi\ntoisistaan laadullisesti eroavaa ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutumisen profiilia: velvollisuudentuntoiset\nsuorittajat (16.1 %), tunnolliset ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t (17.9 %), ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutumattomat (15.7 %),\ninnokkaat sitoutujat (22.8 %) ja tasapainoiset ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t (27.6 %). Tutkimuksen tulokset\nosoittivat, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6riippuvuutta esiintyi eniten profiileissa velvollisuudentuntoiset suorittajat ja\ntunnolliset ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t. Ty\u00f6n imua esiintyi eniten profiileissa innokkaat sitoutujat ja tunnolliset\nty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t.\nLis\u00e4ksi tuloksista havaittiin, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutuneet ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t kokivat enemm\u00e4n\nty\u00f6riippuvuutta niiss\u00e4 profiileissa, joissa esiintyi enemm\u00e4n kontrolloitua ty\u00f6motivaatiota ja\nty\u00f6n keskeisyytt\u00e4. Puolestaan ty\u00f6n imua ilmeni ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutumisen profiileissa erityisesti\nautonomisen ty\u00f6motivaation ja organisaatioon samaistumisen yhteydess\u00e4. N\u00e4in ollen korkea\nkontrolloitu ty\u00f6motivaatio saattaa olla riskitekij\u00e4 ty\u00f6riippuvuudelle, kun taas v\u00e4h\u00e4inen\nkontrolloitu ty\u00f6motivaatio ja korkeampi autonominen ty\u00f6motivaatio voivat olla suojaavia\ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 ty\u00f6n imua.
