Lis\u00e4ksi tutkin lukio\nopiskelijoiden, ammatillisen oppilaitoksen opiskelijoiden ja kaksois- tai kolmoistutkintoa \nsuorittavien opiskelijoiden sek\u00e4 sukupuolten v\u00e4lisi\u00e4 eroja liikkumisen, kehotietoisuuden, \nkoulustressin, resilienssin ja koulussa viihtymisen keskiarvoissa. Lopuksi tarkastelin viel\u00e4 \nopiskelupaikan ja sukupuolen yhdysvaikutusta tutkittaviin muuttujiin. \nTutkimuksen aineisto koostui 602 toisen asteen opiskelijasta (383 naista, 219 miest\u00e4, joista 443 \nlukio-opiskelijoita, 148 ammatillisen oppilaitoksen opiskelijoita ja 28 kaksois- tai \nkolmoistutkintoa suorittavia opiskelijoita) ymp\u00e4ri Suomea. Aineiston ker\u00e4\u00e4minen Webropol\nkyselylomakkeella alkoi 12/2024 ja p\u00e4\u00e4ttyi 1/2025. Liikkumista tarkasteltiin t\u00e4ss\u00e4 \ntutkimuksessa subjektiivista kokemusta omasta liikkumisesta mittaavan International Physical \nActivity Questionnare (IPAQ) \u2013mittarin suomenkielisell\u00e4 versiolla, kehotietoisuutta \nMultidimensional \nAssessment \nof \nInteroceptive \nAwareness (MAIA-2) -mittarin \nsuomenkielisell\u00e4 versiolla, koulustressi\u00e4 School Burnout \u2013mittarin suomenkielisell\u00e4 versiolla, \nresilienssi\u00e4 Connor-Davidsonin Resilience Scalen (CD-RISC) -mittarin suomenkielisell\u00e4 \nvarsiolla ja koulussa viihtymist\u00e4 Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) - mittarin \nsuomenkielis\u00e9ll\u00e4 versiolla. K\u00e4ytettyjen mittareiden sis\u00e4ist\u00e4 luotettavutta arvioin Cronbachin \u03b1\nkertoimen avulla, ja k\u00e4ytettyjen mittareiden validiteettti varmistettiin eksploratiivisen \nfaktorianalyysin avulla. Tutkimus on m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llinen tutkimus, ja tutkimusdataa analysoin \nPearsonin tulomomenttikorrelaatiokertoimen, 1-suuntaisen varianssianalyysin ja monen \nmuuttujan varianssianalyysin avulla. \nTutkimuksen tulokset osoittavat resilienssin ja koulussa viihtymiseen, koulustressin ja \nkehotietoisuuden, koulustressin ja koulussa viihtymisen sek\u00e4 kehotietoisuuden ja koulussa \nmy\u00f6nteisten tunteiden olevan yhteydess\u00e4 toisiinsa. Lukio-opiskelijoiden, ammatillisen \noppilaitoksen opiskelijoiden ja kaksois- tai kolmoistutkintoa suorittavien opiskelijoiden \nkeskiarvojen v\u00e4lill\u00e4 oli tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 eroa uupumuksessa sek\u00e4 koulussa \nmy\u00f6nteisten tunteiden kokemisessa. Sukupuolten keskiarvojen v\u00e4lill\u00e4 tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4 \nero l\u00f6ytyi koulussa koetuissa kielteisiss\u00e4 tunteisissa, resilienssiss\u00e4, koulustressi\u00e4 mittaavan \nmittarin uupumuksen faktorissa, koulustressi\u00e4 mittaavan mittarin riitt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6myyden faktorissa \nsek\u00e4 kehotietoisuutta mittaavan mittarin taipumus olla huolestumatta \u2013faktorissa. \nOpiskelupaikalla ja sukupuolella ei ollut yhdysvaikutusta liikkumiseen, kehotietoisuuteen, \nkoulustressiin, resilienssiin tai koulussa viihtymiseen. \nTutkimuksen tulokset viittaavat siihen, ett\u00e4 tyt\u00f6t ovat poikia alttiimpia alhaisemmalle \nresilienssille, uupumukselle ja kielteisille tunteille koulussa. Lukio-opiskelijat ja kaksois- tai \nkolmoistutkintoa suorittavat ovat alttiimpia uupumukselle ja v\u00e4hemm\u00e4lle my\u00f6nteisten \ntunteiden kokemiselle. The \nstudy further examines differences in the mean levels of these variables between general upper \nsecondary school students, vocational school students, and students pursuing dual or triple \nqualifications, as well as between male and female students. Additionally, the interaction effect \nof educational institution type and gender on the examined variables is explored. \nThe data were collected from a sample of 619 upper secondary students across Finland using a \nWebropol survey questionnaire. Data collection was conducted between December 2024 and \nJanuary 2025.Physical activity was measured using the Finnish version of the International \nPhysical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), which assesses individuals\u2019 subjective experiences of \nphysical activity. Body awareness was assessed with the Finnish version of the \nMultidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA-2). School stress was \nmeasured using the Finnish version of the School Burnout Inventory, resilience with the Finnish \nversion of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and school enjoyment with the \nFinnish version of the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). The internal \nconsistency of the instruments was evaluated using Cronbach\u2019s alpha, and validity of measures \nwas examined through exploratory factor analysis. This quantitative study employed Pearson\u2019s \nproduct-moment correlation coefficient, one-way analyses of variance (ANOVA) and \nmultivariate analyses of variance (MANOVA) to analyze the data. \nSignificant associations were found between resilience and school enjoyment, school stress and \nbody awareness, school stress and school enjoyment as well as body awareness and positive \nemotions at school. Statistically significant differences were observed in the means of \nexhaustion and positive emotions at school between different study programs. In the means of \nnegative emotions, resilience, and the exhaustion and inadequacy subscales of the school stress \nmeasure, and the \"not-worrying\" subscale of the body awareness measure between genders. No \ninteraction effect of gender and study program was found for any of the variables. \nThe results suggest that girls are more susceptible than boys to lower resilience, exhaustion, \nand negative emotions at school. Upper secondary students and those pursuing dual or triple \nqualifications appear more vulnerable to exhaustion and experiencing fewer positive emotions \ncompared to students in vocational school.
