description The advances in information technology development have led to a new era of artificial intelligence. The way people work, and the way they cooperate with each other has changed. Thus, it is vital to understand some of the ideas that lay down at the core of AI. With tools powered by AI using a single sentence, it is possible to generate multiple variants of data. It has changed the way we look at our working habits. For instance, the Midjourney program allows the user to create illustrations from simple prompts. To create an essay on a given subject, a user only needs to describe the problem in a few sentences. If some-one needs a guide or a teacher of specific ability – they can use a generative AI chatbots. These are fascinating features, however, there are always minor flaws in the form of syntax errors, linguistic barriers, or lack of information. The following issues may rise due to asking an undiscovered topic or providing an invalid user input. These programs are powered by machine learning and can also be used to predict future prices of the assets on the market. Along with the new tools, the era of digitalization started to bring new innovations to other aspects of our lives, and modern technologies such as decentralized currencies or cryptocurrencies in general, digital money have been created. That started with Bitcoin's introduction back in 2008 as the pioneering technology in decentralized virtual currency. It is crucial to understand the concept of cryptocurrencies, to see how they can improve people’s lives from a point of convenience, from the investment point, and from the innovation perspective. This research aims to use Bitcoin phenomenon as an example to investigate various machine learning models and to explore the complex factors behind price formations of cryptocurrency over time.
