Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten ty\u00f6nantajat \npyrkiv\u00e4t houkuttelemaan ja sitouttamaan sosiaality\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 rekrytointivaiheessa. Tutkimuksen aineistona k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n syksyll\u00e4 2024 ker\u00e4ttyj\u00e4 sosiaality\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden vakituisten virkojen ty\u00f6paikkailmoituksia. \nTy\u00f6paikkailmoitukset analysoitiin aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isen sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin avulla.\nAineistosta muodostettiin kuusi teemaa, joiden avulla ty\u00f6nantajat pyrkiv\u00e4t houkuttelemaan ja sitouttamaan ty\u00f6nhakijoita: hyvinvointi ja terveys, johtaminen ja tuen tarjoaminen, ty\u00f6n joustavuus, perehdytys \nja ammatillinen kehitys, taloudelliset edut sek\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuuri ja ty\u00f6n luonne. Tutkimus her\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 \npohdintaa ty\u00f6nantajien tavoista vastata sosiaality\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden haastavaan ty\u00f6markkinatilanteeseen, \nmutta nostaa samalla esiin kysymyksen siit\u00e4, kuinka hyvin ty\u00f6nantajat kykenev\u00e4t huomioimaan my\u00f6s \npitk\u00e4aikaiset ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4ns\u00e4.\nMuodostettuja teemoja tarkasteltiin Meyerin ja Allenin (1991) kolmen komponentin mallin avulla. Tulosten perusteella ty\u00f6nantajat pyrkiv\u00e4t sitouttamaan ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ensisijaisesti affektiivisen ja jatkuvuuteen \nperustuvan sitoutumisen keinoin korostamalla ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n merkityst\u00e4, ty\u00f6ilmapiiri\u00e4 sek\u00e4 taloudellisia \netuja. Normatiivinen sitoutuminen j\u00e4i aineistossa v\u00e4h\u00e4isemp\u00e4\u00e4n rooliin ja se n\u00e4kyi l\u00e4hinn\u00e4 ty\u00f6n arvoja ja \nty\u00f6n merkityksellisyytt\u00e4 korostavana puheena.\nTy\u00f6n houkuttelevuuden mittaamisessa hy\u00f6dynnettiin Berthonin ym. (2005) ty\u00f6nantajavetovoimamittaria. \nTulosten perusteella sosiaality\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden ty\u00f6paikkailmoituksissa korostuivat kiinnostusarvo, taloudelliset arvot, sosiaaliset arvot ja kehitysarvo. Ty\u00f6paikkailmoituksissa korostettiin esimerkiksi ty\u00f6n monipuolisuutta, merkityksellisyytt\u00e4 ja haastavuutta. Useat ty\u00f6nantajat lupasivat ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ille huolellisen perehdytyksen ja erilaisia taloudellisia houkuttimia, kuten vetovoimalisi\u00e4.
